RLS Career East Coast USA
It was recently brought to my attention that East Coast USA is causing car jockeys and trailers to not spawn on ANY map. I am currently working on fixing this but I did find that unpacking East Coast appears to fix the problem. i know this is not ideal but until I can find the solution you can do this. Thanks for your patience!

If you add extended forks on the forklift at the wrecking yard it might make loading cars without damaging them.
