Pre-Election Patreon Poll (multiple choice)

Hello Patrons,

We're letting you vote for multiple options here again. Let us know if you prefer that or everyone only having one option.

If you missed our post yesterday we had a list of videos we were talking about in the suggestion thread. These are vids we already have in the works which is why they're not on the list here.

We'll definitely make the winning option into a video but we'll be taking other popular topics into consideration as well.

Bit late but it’s just come out - can you do one on the sbs influencer debate. Watching the green/teal shills face-to-face with a couple of Tories going ‘yeah we think climate change is a total scam’ was hilarious.

What about a comparison of Cabinet members?

L
Luke · April 16, 2025

Not sure if this is common knowledge but Pocock's wife Emma is on the board of the charity that created BuildaBallot, it's like a new election compass with a questionnaire that heavily favours C200 independents. Ironically she's not listed on their transparency declaration but is on the national charities register.

Good info. Fuck he was good at the breakdown back in the day though. Can we not back the Cock.

A video on what all the parties vote/stand for would be helpful, like all the wack parties and independents. I always fill out the ballot sheet completely just so i can put the libs last, but idk who these other clowns are

I will never not vote for more Warhammer content :)

Someone should do the maths on how much income has been taken from our collective hip pockets by bracket creep - I think the figures would be truly scary.

A
Andrew · April 15, 2025

Bracket creep shouldn't be accounted for because you earn more you should pay more. It's hard to argue teaching rich people more is a good idea if we keep adjusting the brackets. The only tax money to be miss spent is ones that go to big four consultant companies that deliver nothing. The more money the government has three better it can do things like find Medicare, of the government has more money dental could be covered more cancer treatments could be covered.

"our goal of 1.2 million new homes by the end of the decade", "we're training more tradies" - $10 billion for 100,000 homes for first home buyers only. (BTW that is 1m per home - though if that is the housing Australia future fund that money isn't directly spent) This is HUGE! In Jordies' previous housing video he seemed satisfied with the housing minister not really promising much. Affordable housing and rentals is a major concern for lots of people. The Greens wanted action like this but Jordies seemed to say that is wasn't realistic. https://www.reddit.com/r/LaborPartyofAustralia/comments/1jy35r0/labor_will_invest_10_billion_to_build_100000_new/ https://youtu.be/OZbAIA8VYr0 I think a new video based on Albo's speech could sway people to Labor because it gives the impression that it would help first home buyers.

A
Andrew · April 15, 2025

There is a website called albosteezey.com that goes through labors housing achievements. The HAFF is separate policy. Hoodies want satisfied he was pointing out the effort of what had been done and that one single policy isn't the fix the Greens political party says it is.

What I’d like to know is why do people in safe labor seats think labor doesn’t do anything for them?

T
Thomas Petitt · April 13, 2025

You need to smash the Greens. They have become a crazy activist group and Labor needs to stop giving them preferences.

L
Luke W · April 14, 2025

I think some Labor members can also be activists (like the Union Activist Network?). I think the Greens are better than the Coalition and One Nation. They seem to support the wellbeing of workers. I like the Greens' housing policies even though they might not be able to get any of them passed. Though I find it enlightening when Jordies criticizes them.

DMK · April 13, 2025

3 videos. 1) Dutton/LNP Bad stuff 2) Teal / Greens their funding, faking and lies 3) Labor/Albo and their achievements so far, and promises for post election. Yes I am that greedy.

T
The13Inquisitor · April 13, 2025

What can I say? Mudslinging works and Dutton has a lot of dirt we can throw at him. Is it high minded? No. Should we have to resort to it? Also no. But can we afford to shy away from the dirty tactics that the Libs are using anyway on the grounds of being above that? Also no, because the consequences of Dutton and the Liberals winning are too dire.

L
Luca · April 13, 2025

There’s no point attacking the teals, not now anyway, we’re trying to win an election. They divert resources away from Labor vs Liberal contests which advantages us

I second this - as someone living close to the beaches where dead diseased salmon have been washing up. Labor fully supportive of an industry destroying our marine environment... and tbh - not at all delivering for environmental outcomes in Australia. Please convince me otherwise.

T

If Labor wins please consider a massive Warhammer video, it would be funny as you could frame it as your job is done

F
Fal Hanssen · April 13, 2025

Refresher course on all Lib corruption scandals for the past 10 years. Minimise commentary and maximise factual analysis. Include any Labor scandals for a point of comparison.

THIS 100% Less comedy. Make it so we can share to our boomer parents without them turning it off straight away

R

Crime in Vic would be interesting because even as a Victorian I have too admit i sometimes forget who the leader of the state is sometimes

A
Alex Isaac · April 13, 2025

It's a lady. But crime is being overblown just like in Qld that went quiet after the libs won the election.

F
Figpucker9000 · April 13, 2025

Make a video on Canada anyway, it would be funny

K

Dutto smash before election. Then the AI teal twats!

A
Al Goormay · April 13, 2025

I’d like to know how many gag motions and the “not to be heard “ motions the current government has done in their term. I know Mr Dutton used these phrases quite a lot when his lot was in office. GO LABOR.🤘

P
Prison Mike · April 13, 2025

Roll the greens/teals or Greals and Australia Institute ideas into one. Too many good people are falling for their BS.

A
Alex Isaac · April 13, 2025

I agree. But given advance Australia are targetting greens and labor but not teals. That says a lot too.

J
Jai Middleton-Patterson · April 13, 2025

Hey Jordie's team, I need a short video outlining why it's a bad idea to vote for Dutton I have far too many boomer family members and a couple friends that are insisting it's time to get rid of labour
