Patreon Suggestion Thread
Hello Patrons,
We'll have an early video for you to check out tomorrow hopefully (it's about Bruz and motorcycles). But today we're going to collect suggestions for the next video suggested by you, the patrons.
Put your ideas in the replies and we'll make a poll in a few days which includes popular suggestions. We're still making more videos on the last winner about Labor policies but enough time has gone by and we think you're due another topic.

I'll mention this again in the September suggestion thread, but Lux Projects (the property developer you've spotlighted previously) has allegedly RIGGED the voting for the recent Miss Universe Fiji 2024 contest so an Australian-Fijian model and property developer got the vote. She originally came second to the Fijian-Indian winner, but apparently Lux Projects used its status as the sponsor of the contest to claim it had the deciding vote and so the winner was told days after her victory her win was now invalid. Turns out this new winner, Nadine Roberts, is the wife of Jamie McIntyre.
A video about what Chris Minns is doing.
A dive into the organisation: Doctors for the environment Australia
Senator Payman. I like her.
Could you do one on renewables, what progress has been done this term, what is expected in the next few years. Also explain why upgrading the grids is necessary and argue against how inproving grid infrustructure will increase prices
Labor bending over for the gambling lobby
The bloodsports that is the national senate. Should be good for a laugh
Jordies reacts to classic Jordies
Do a deep dive on Sydney Metro and the dodgy shit that's come with and how the FBEU think it's a death trap.
Maybe something about the history of the union movement and how scary it is that it could fall?
Can you shed some light on your house fire and such
Labor's decision to gut the NDIS Act. Recent public announcements about wide-spread participant mis-spending were found to be false in recent Senate hearings (NDIA staff could only identify one participant). Robotdebt 2.0 against disabled people.
I call bs. As someone deeply involved in the NDIS I can attest to the misappropriation of funds. Labor's review of the NDIS is sorely needed.
The Greens - what good are they?
Like a bag of Allen's Frogs - the Green do more harm than good. It is the Red ones that show you love.
Getting onto the Joe Rogan podcast.
self explanatory via username
Explaining the Federal ICAC with your thoughts on it. Also FOI - why has it been stagnating since Albo’s was elected in office?
An interview with Paul Keating. Even though his receptionist knocked you back, but asking him again directly may get better result 🤞
Ralph Babet; Australia's dumbest ever politician?
What the fuck are the greens doing?
NSW liberal party unable to make the ballot box in the local council elections! That would be a funny one to make. Because Labor is the only major party to vote for in the council elections in Sydney!
I agree. This one please.
Can the Queensland Government lock in the hydro renewable scheme in a way the LNP cant abolish it like how Scomo locked in defence spending in 2019 before the election?
A bit of a niche topic, but something Michael West has tweeted briefly about recently: Political donations and how they influence policy, both historically under coalition and Labor, and how it looks currently. LGA, State, National govs… Michael West tweeted optimistically that political donations should be banned, I feel that would be political suicide for whoever dares to table that idea, as it’s radical and would be blasted by media, but many of us would probs agree political donations are essentially policy bribes / lobbying. Banning political donations would encourage more corruption which in turn should be monitored and policed and enforced. This would pave the way for more authentic and creative government policies, and would take a lot of power away from many influential entities that pull strings of government. Also, would be good to somehow segue that into a discussion of our pathway to becoming a republic.
Call me a broken record but I am going to keep asking for updates on David McBride. How are his legal prospects now that he is in prison, have any of the war criminals he singled out been even remotely brought to justice, had there been any reform to avoid this BS in the future, and is he doing alright in prison, and if he can receive things what would he want?
More on double standard Dutton
Going after Chris Kenny again. And btw, when are those "putting pinheads where they belong, in the gutter!" shirts with the Bowling Ball's face on it coming? We've been waiting 3 years
The two party system and how to break it.
LNP will disappear so you'll get your wish, and Australia will become even more glorious with the Labor party at the helm.
More K-Rudd content
Nuclear energy, I know you've done many already but Queensland needs a reminder
I'm always interested to see what's happening with the NDIS and medicare
Unrelated - but can you fix the Admin situation with The Common Sense Brigade? They keep disappearing for weeks on end. Again, it's been over a week since they've approved any posts. It's such a great group and it's a shame for it to lose traction like that.
Labor's failure to protect whistleblowers. Michael West has just done a story on yet another whistleblower being prosecuted.
What about a video countering the narrative that “old Labor was good, new Labor is bad”? I hear this line often from supporters of “independent” parties
The ” LIBERAL” council application tits-up debacle.I’ll wait a bit longer for the naked orange thing.
Labors reponse to curbing gambling adds. And how its not them bending to the gambling lobby.
Agreed! Great suggestion.
You'll probs already have a vid for this cooking, but the monumental fuck up that saw NSW Libs fail to nominate 150~ council seats and what effects it will have
A sit down interview with Krudd again, or if he's unavailable organise one with Assange.
I miss Daves Dinnerz, I hope he's okay as he hasn't posted in a while
Check the recent McDonald's vid
Ipswich City Council using rate money to fund a campaign against the Labor state government.
KuRingGai is as well
Abattoir/food process factory workers confess their sins
Chrissafullofit
Chris Bowen and the Last Crusade: what our Federal Climate Change Minister is doing to make our push for net zero and grow the economy. Optional: Indiana Jones references, Dutton as the boulder, the greens as Elsa Schneider reaching for the Holy Grail (Carbon Tax) at all costs.
Dutton's support for isreal.
A celebration video on the libs not being able to run for most of the council elections 😂
This. That was hysterical and some schadenfreude would be nice.
A video on how cringeworthy Ryan Reynolds is! He is so lame, he only plays one character ever, and every movie he does has a million references and plugs to all of his products (mint mobile, aviation gin, owning the Welsh football team). The most corporate-friendly actor ever?
Aftermath of the local council amalgamations in NSW. And how the liberals fumbled enrolling their candidates for the upcoming local elections.
Why the Greens are Champagne socialists who keep voting with the LNP to block Labor policy. And please keep countering the narrative that " Albo does nothing, worst PM ever" that is very much in contradiction of reality.
the whole nuclear mess (subs, AUKUS payments, mining, power stations, etc)
The NDIS vs Medicare and where efficiency (or lack thereof) of healthcare costs lie. Or how nurse led clinics and Urgent Care Centres have been introduced without significantly improving anything.. Best value for money? It rhymes with PB ;)
Would love to see you lock in on Tom Tate, Mayor of the GC. He's so blatantly corrupt but he runs practically unopposed at every election. It could be good to remind SE Qld of this LNP villain right before a state election.
I think Jordies should do some deep dive investigative journalism on what oranges taste like while in clown attire.
Punter's Politics video - being consistently wrong / pushing ideas that have been tried before (super profits tax, etc) or promoting unrealistic Green's politicing as 'common sense' etc
He has on the pod a few weeks back in a rant about "free thinkers" who won't admit they fetishise a minority government. But this topic definitely is something I would like to see too.
A look at Social Impact Bonds. The idea of the corporatization of social programs seems scary at face value, would be nice to see some info that isn't basically an ad from companies that benefit from these bonds.
Another Drew Pavlov or Pavlou video or however that lolcow's name is spelled
Two referendums determined no to State Government run councils, yet that is exactly what we have. These state owned corporations have destroyed through legistlation private property rights.
A reiteration of manufacturing consent and a general overview of how different publications from all over the from sky to the guardian report on an issue
Jordies do a video of you eating cheese and bacon shapes naked for 45 minutes whilst espresso plays on repeat
Just a pod of them eating an entire box of each available shapes flavour
I suggest you make the Ungrateful tankie pig t-shirts.
A video about LNP locking coal royalties for ten years in Queensland might be good, similar to Howard's 30 year gas fuckup. But that idea that Labor was locked out of increasing coal royalties until 2022 should be spread far and wide. Or how they sold Queensland roads so every toll road charging you through the ass is on them.
A look into the driving forces aggressively pushing people currently WFH to return to the office
How the NSW liberals missed the deadline for council candidates 🤣🤣
Take down Punters Politics & HGA for cherry picking and omitting context to push a minority government agenda.
He has on the pod a few weeks back in a rant about "free thinkers" who won't admit they fetishise a minority government. But this topic definitely is something I would like to see too.
Discuss how the greens keep wedging Labor, its beyond a joke at this stage
Veteran Suicide Royal Commission.
What's better, Crunchies or Violet Crumbles?
Violet crumbles obviously because they gave us Bertie beetle
Qld election is close and the feeling I'm getting is not hopeful. If there are any points to drill home how good Labor has been to help convince people, that'd be great.
As someone who has been doorknocking lots for the state election in queensland, the mood on the ground is actually very positive and nothing like the polls are suggesting, while not at a winning margin just yet and there are some seats that can fall, it’s possible labor could pick up a couple seats too, another Labor government is not out of reach
Please do a video on the government’s treatment of whistleblowers
Jordan barefoot squishing various squelchy objects
Bill shorten being pulled by the gambling lobby to not ban ads on fta
Steven Miles, state owned servo's and the regulation for servo's he wants to introduce
The fucked up whistleblower laws that protect the criminals not the whistleblower or the public
NSW gov sending workers back to office full time?
And the ownership of the building in Parramatta supposedly being owned by people who are pushing for them to move in there that work for government.
Keep hammering the Qld stuff honestly, even if it's the same message over and over again. If Labor win in Qld it will be because 'guerrilla' campaigning targeted social media algorithms of people ages 18-30 (this election's 'silent voters')
To add a bit of optimism, I’ve been doorknocking for the queensland state election and it appears that it is going a lot better than the polls suggest, and there is a real possibility labor could win a few seats (and lose some perhaps), this election will come down to local MPs and labor candidates who while on tiny margins have a strong chance at holding them if they have a good personal vote and campaign right
Raygun.
The whole thing stinks, so I'd love a dive from the FJ team
