BEFORE YOU BECOME A MEMBER!!!

Hello everyone!

First off, thank you for being here. A quick heads-up: this is the best we can do within Patreon's features, and we hope it clears things up.

Earlier we pinned a post explaining Bundles. Since then we've received a second request for a reimbursement from someone who believed their membership gave them access to the Bundles. Two isn't a lot, but it's two too many. So, for anyone thinking about joining (and not just skimming the perks), here's a straight rundown of how we operate. And no, we don't have to do things exactly the way other reactors do, there's no forced template or law dictating how people share content.

On pricing: we believe $3 or $5 is more than fair, and it's honestly the lowest Patreon allows you. Once you join, you have access to our content for the month you paid for. Asking for a refund on something you would still have access to is a bit wild, to be honest. Mistakes happen, though, so if you change your mind, just cancel the renewal. You won't be charged again, and your access simply ends when the month is up. I've paid more than that for 30 minutes of parking, come back after 15, and couldn't get my money back. Unfortunately.

What your membership actually gets you: full access to everything we've released or are releasing, on schedule, and UNCUT. Right now you'd be two episodes ahead, and we'll drop two episodes of the next show the same day, so you'll always have about a week of advance viewing. You will also have access to content we will never share on Youtube.

"Why not give us more?" That's what everyone wants, right? The truth is, if we didn't pace ourselves the way we do, we'd end up with weeks of only one episode, or weeks with nothing at all. Then we'd have to stop, because we simply can't shoot as fast as we edit and share. If this were our day job and we recorded every day, it wouldn't be an issue. That's why some reactors with huge followings can quit their actual jobs for this. That's not our reality. We all work in entertainment, and many of us travel to festivals, shoot, etc. meaning sometimes we're missing a member or two for weeks. We build those upcoming breaks into the schedule so you don't hit a content drought.

About the Bundles: yes, we already have at least 10 episodes shot ahead of what's dropping. Those are the Bundles. They weren't something we wanted — they add work — but they came from a real request: some of you messaged us asking if you could pay to watch more episodes in advance. Since we'd normally use our time off to get those episodes ready for the scheduled drop, we instead have to cancel hobbies (and sleep) to edit them early for the impatient ones.

Nothing would change without the Bundles, you'd still get those episodes dropping Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays with your membership. No one is forced to buy them. Dropping everything immediately for everyone would be an organizational mess, and we'd be shooting ourselves in the foot, never knowing when we'd have more content or when we could release it. The Bonus Bundle exists for two reasons: 1) answering request for the most impatient of you, and 2) non-members who only want specific episodes.

To be clear: with $3 you have access to everything; you're just choosing to wait for the drop time. We did consider a pricier tier that drops episodes the moment editing wraps, but honestly we usually finish only a couple of days before release. That's why the Bundle forced us to stop everything else instead of working at our own pace, and selling a membership for something with no reliable delivery date just isn't okay.

So here are your options:

1. Impatient, or want specific episodes now: check the countdown of the upcoming episodes! If you see Episode 3 is dropping Saturday then that's what you would get with your membership. So go check the Bundles.

2. Can wait, want everything uncut (including other shows): the $3 membership.

3. Can wait, want everything uncut (including other shows) but want extra perks — slightly earlier episodes, more support to channel and quiz questions: the $5 tier.
