Game update 0.1.8 - Knight with audio, Cross character outfit and hair

Knight character, comes with plate armor and a new voice list. Breastplate can be opened and will adjust jiggle physics for each breast. She can only be accessed from the Tangled Mode in the main menu right now.

Cross character outfit and hairstyles. Unlocked when you level up a characters pleasure level, by finishing her(The small hearts visible in the Customize panel). Level 1 (10 finisher) = outfits. Level 2 (30 finishers) hairstyle. This is a very early draft, so things probably needs some balancing, as well as some outfits/hair dosent fit completely on other characters

Various save related bug fixes. Resetting dungeon from the travel map now resets skills as well.

Next update I will finish up work on the next dungeon, improve the audio for the other girls, and look into saving loadout for girls in the nest.
