Hello everyone!

So this month I started heading in the direction of our final release promised on the roadmap for Jan 2027! Although, I already had to adjust a few things...

Now... confession time. 🐰 This month was supposed to be Kara + the Seer, as voted by you guys. But I went a little overboard. Kara's route is an absolute monster, and it took me way more time to finish than planned, so the Seer got pushed to the next update.

Are we still on track for the Jan 2027 release? I think so. I hope so! 😅 I gave myself some extra time in the final months, and Edda’s story is practically done, so I plan to use that buffer to compensate for any delays. Plus, not all characters will have a story as insanely long as Kara’s, so I think we are safe.

Just to give you an idea of the scale, Kara's story so far has 27 pages of text, 7,427 words, 943 speeches, and 61,897 characters! It is a lot!

✨ Here is what you can expect from Kara's content:

• 7 brand new animated scenes

• 8 high-quality CGIs

• 42 new Poses

But that's not all. This update is packed with a lot more!

What’s new in this update:

• 3 brand new minigames

• A New Map to explore: The Farm! 🚜 (We are almost getting to know all the maps now, although we're still lacking the interior of the farm house and the mead hall).

• A New Character: The charismatic Old Halvar. (And guys, I’m sorry, I know he is handsome, but he is not dateable. haha 😂)

• 33 minutes of full audio across 606 new audio files!

I actually started adding audio to Revna's story too, but... I wasn't happy with what was done. So it will stay in the oven for next month while I figure out how to improve it.

I also did a lot of back-end work, starting to prepare the Steam Demo, translating the game into other languages, writing and fixing scripts for other characters, and I'm finally starting to put together a new trailer! It's time to update the old Steam page since it still has the old game art. 🎬

Now for the dev side of things...

This past month was full of trouble. First, the sink in my bathroom broke, and I woke up with my house completely flooded. 🌊 Then, my drawing tablet broke and I had to buy a new one, which took 7 agonizing days to be delivered.

On a more serious note, my mother-in-law went through surgery and was hospitalized for several days, so my wife and I had to step away to give her the support she needed. ❤️

...And then tragedy truly struck. The worst of the worst. My coffee machine broke.
I went 3 whole days without coffee. I almost didn't make it to tell the tale. Terrible, terrible stuff! ☕💀
