[FC 27] AGT ALL IN ONE V2.1
Guys, if you want to subscribe to any of my products, please do so through the Patreon website and not the Patreon app on iOS or Android. Apple charges a high service fee on mobile, making the price more expensive than if you subscribe directly through the website using a browser.
⚠️ Important Notes Before Using
NEVER PLAY YOUR SAVE FILE WITHOUT THE MOD.
If FC 27 receives a new title update, it is best not to update the game immediately until a compatible version of this mod is available. Playing your save without the mod, or using an incompatible game/mod version, may cause Career Mode issues. For general news, support, and information about the mod, you can check my Patreon.
If this is your first time using my mod, please start a new career. DO NOT USE IT ON AN EXISTING SAVE FILE. However, if you are already using my mod in your current save, you do not need to start a new career—you can continue playing normally.
This mod uses custom XP, player growth, progression, finances, morale, and squad logic. If you apply it to an existing save that never used this mod before, some player overall ratings (OVR) may decrease or behave strangely because the game is suddenly reading a completely different progression system.
Starting a fresh career will always provide the cleanest and best experience.
V2.1 Changelogs
This update focuses on improving several Career Mode features, including Dynamic Overall, coaching staff, transfer negotiations, player development, and manager job opportunities.
Most of these changes were made to address issues noticed during longer Career Mode saves.
1. Dynamic Overall Rebalance
Reduced excessive Dynamic Overall increases caused by good performances, especially for players who already have high overall ratings.
Lower-rated players who perform exceptionally well can still receive noticeable temporary OVR boosts.
Increased the negative effects of poor and very poor form. Players who consistently underperform will now receive more noticeable OVR penalties.
Rebalanced morale bonuses to prevent excessive stacking of positive effects.
Increased the negative impact of unhappy player morale on overall.
2. Coaching Staff Improvements
Reworked initial coaching staff generation so clubs can start with four Gold-tier coaches regardless of club rating.
Improved coach generation to produce more 5-star Master coaches across Attack, Midfield, Defence, and Goalkeeping.
Adjusted coaching expertise generation to prevent coaches from having very low ratings in their secondary departments.
Increased the probability of generating coaches with the currently selected playstyle from 80% to 100%.
Reduced the coach recruitment refresh interval from two weeks to one week, allowing new coaching candidates to appear more frequently.
Reduced the salaries of highly rated coaches, making 5-star Master coaches more affordable without reducing their coaching quality.
3. Faster Transfer and Contract Negotiations
Significantly reduced waiting times for transfer enquiries and negotiations.
Improved response times for incoming and outgoing transfers, loan negotiations, free agents, and contract renewals.
Negotiations that previously required several in-game days now generally take around one day.
Reduced unnecessary delays when finalising transfer and contract agreements.
Kept AI-to-AI transfer negotiation timing largely unchanged.
4. Longer Transfer and Contract Offer Deadlines
Increased the time available to respond to transfer offers to 30 days.
Extended negotiation and finalisation deadlines for incoming and outgoing transfers.
Increased the response window for loan agreements, free agents, and contract renewals.
Increased AI patience when waiting for the manager's response.
Managers now have more time to review and finalise deals without losing accepted offers too quickly.
Offer expiry reminders remain unchanged.
5. Improved Manager Job Offer Duration
Extended the availability of manager job opportunities after declaring interest in another club.
Job offers can remain available for up to 366 days, depending on your current job performance and manager rating.
When your current job security is green, interested clubs are more likely to keep their offers available for longer.
If your job security begins to decline towards red, interested clubs may become less patient and withdraw their offers earlier.
Even with declining job security, opportunities are intended to remain available longer than in the original game.
The maximum duration is not guaranteed for every offer. It depends on how well you are performing at your current club.
6. Improved Veteran Player Decline
Reworked xp settings to address veteran players in your own team maintaining their overall ratings for too long.
Older players can now experience more natural attribute decline rather than remaining at the same overall rating indefinitely.
Increased the effects of decline-related XP calculations.
Adjusted the influence of coaching quality on veteran decline.
7. Youth Academy Retirement Adjustments — Experimental
Adjusted youth academy retirement settings to target a later departure age.
Increased the intended academy retirement age range from the original 16–19 to 22–25.
Reduced the chances of younger academy players leaving until the age proximity 22-25
This feature is still being tested. FC 27 may enforce separate academy age restrictions that are not controlled by these settings, so keeping academy players until ages 22–25 is not yet confirmed.
8. Transfer Wage Flexibility — Further Testing Required
Added an experimental adjustment to make players more flexible when negotiating salary reductions.
The aim is to improve wage negotiations when players move between leagues with significantly different salary structures.
For example, players moving from a high-paying league (Saudi league) to a lower-paying league should have more flexibility to accept wages appropriate to their new club.
This feature requires further testing and may receive additional adjustments in future updates.
