0.8.0 Release Date and notes Preview

Hey everyone!

0.8.0 is nearly done but I'd like to make sure t's are crossed and i's are dotted, so it's taken a bit longer than we'd like, but we do plan to release on Friday, July 10th sometime in the afternoon, PST.

The main reason why it took so long: This patch includes a new, long awaited major system which had to be tested and confirmed it didn't interfere with other stuff, as well, since this includes the Phase 2 content for Bridgette, I went back and did a re-touch on all her former content. Art has been appropriately resized, reframed, and many images have been updated for consistency with the character. They're not perfect, but it's way better than before.

Another thing to note is that all of Bridgette's Phase 1 content has to be reframed slightly as we're preparing to release the Demo for Steam, so I decided to hit two birds with one stone and get a majority of both covered.

For now, Here's a preview of the patch notes for 0.8.0.

Fixed the aspect ratio of 23 Scenes for Bridgette

Fixed art details for 27 scenes for Bridgette

Fixed an issue where localization could prevent certain triggers from occurring
