This story could've been interesting, with the concept of a mysterious man coming to the home of an insane person and leading them down a path of deterioration, but it is really held down by the amateur creepypasta writing style, which makes everything in the story sound cheesy and stupid.

The way Hunter’s right about “something powerful” being in period blood, there’s lots of studies coming out about the regenerative properties in menstrual blood. But you should totally clean your diva cup. You’re not gonna discover penicillin in there, just a UTI.

i enjoyed this one far more than “my job is watching a girl in a room” or whatever it was called. the premise is really neat! it’s just the stereotypical plot escalation that is an issue (her being an ordinary witch for example). the lack of care about the narrator also contributed. if you don’t care about the narrator, you don’t care about the stakes. it’d be interesting to have the narrator be more likable only to reveal there’s something wrong with them. which leads me to my next point. a lot of this was told rather than shown. the narrator off the bat saying he felt different and had a darkness inside him couldve been shown in so many cool ways. overall, promisjng story with enjoyable writing level. it was compelling enough, i honestly think hunter and isaiah were probably just impatjent reading yet another story (11 in 3 days is crazy) and inevitably fed off each other’s negativity, despite trying not to.

Yah this story is bad - but i think the most egregious thing is the red book containing stories the author also wrote, with Charles and Fatima saying they "scared them shitless." That the stories (the authors stories) are so powerful that if they were to be read they would literally transport you to their location and you would experience them first hand. That his stories are "so twisted and crazy" that the literal devil himself has them cataloged. There is just something so mastabatory about that. It would be offputting but possibly tolerable in a fantastic story, so to have it present in such an uninspired and frankly boring story is just a twist of the knife already stabbed deep. They did the opposite of earn that right - and it comes back around to the point where i find the level of confidence impressive to actually include that

This was one of the funniest episodes in a while if you ask me. The Humanity's Final War series are some of the few creepypastas I've listened to independently, and I was hoping to hear Wendigoon's opinion on those. This appears to be from the same author and a sort of prequel, so it might ruin it some if he does if not completely turn them away from reading them. When Underwood grew fangs and lunged at the guy, my immediate thought Green Goblin right after leaving the gas chamber and attacking Dr. Strom; I'm glad they picked up Green Goblin vibes too. Back when I was a kid, I assumed girls got periods in their assholes, so I just figured that's where they put them. I think I got it from a secondhand description of that one South Park episode. Since nobody is going to read this comment since all the hardcore fans get their commenting done ASAP while I wait until work to listen on Monday, I'll also add that I also used to think girls never had to pee at all because they don't have PEEnises. When I found out that they do and that they sit down to do it, I figured they had to pee out their asses.
