Chimera Haven got banned on Steam...

Hi there,

I'm going back with some sad news.
Two month ago, I was planning to release Chimera Haven on steam. The process has been long and tedious. A lot of back & forth with their validation teams, I had to produce custom versions, alter assets, make dedicated marketing visuals…

This took nearly 6 weeks, and I no longer count the hours spent on this.

And it ended with a simple notice, about my game being banned. It never went live, they did not ask me to change the content, they just decided to ban the game without any possibility for me to continue working on it.
Thus, I consider all the time and money spent on Chimera Haven's steam release, lost.

I might consider releasing another game on Steam in the future. One that would be more compliant with their guidelines. Turns out, they don't like free game very much, and they don't like erotic game either.


Anyway ! I wanted to be transparent about this, as this was part of April's calendar and I didn't want to keep you in the dark.

On a brighter note, Chimera Haven's next version is out right now ! Discover the enhanced TowerDefense mode on shastes.com.

The .exe/macOS and gamcore releases will be grouped at the end of the month, together with the Android/iOS batch release of all games.

The next update of Chimera Haven will come soon,
