Monday Update - March 30, 2026
Yo! Another week with some big updates. Hope everyone had a nice weekend with some nice spring weather for epic rides. If not, stay home and play Cranked 🤙
We've got a lot cooking this week, including a brand new feature we're really excited about: a fully functional FPV drone!
Joe
The big news is the drone! I've essentially built a full FPV simulator within the game. It includes an actual FPV radio calibration tool, adjustable rates, and more. If you're an FPV pilot, I would love your feedback once this update drops.
If you've never flown FPV before and want to try, I HIGHLY recommend you buy a proper FPV controller. They now make a very cheap one that works with FPV sims for around $30. Using a normal controller makes it even harder, and flying FPV is already insanely hard.
Physics tweaks! You guys have given some great feedback on the different bike types and surface material physics so now I can do another pass and tweak some things.
More career challenges. I already have two new ones in the last build, but I have a list of around 10 other career challenge types I want to add, including drone racing.
Next week, Hodge and I are going to get some work done together in person. We are going to try to tackle the bug where the wheels sometimes get stuck in objects, causing you to stop dead in your tracks or crash.
I'm also going to build a simple photo mode tool so we can capture high-resolution screenshots for our new website.

He is currently finishing up the merge of all the new elements, including the drone!
His main focus remains on finishing the new race logic structure for the new multiplayer race mode.
Updating the project to a new version of Unity that is less buggy on Mac.
Maggie
The Red Dog Shop is officially merged into the main branch and should be going out in the next build. It's still a WIP, but it looks really awesome so far!
This week, she's working on a new render of a bike and rider for Bryan to use on the website.
Working on a new helmet model.
Bryan
Bryan is finalizing the comprehensive Cranked marketing plan this week.
He's building out a "Cranked Collabs" outreach process based on his highly successful automated bike shop outreach tool (which has already generated five warm leads!).
He is also migrating our game analytics tracking to a more robust cloud setup.
Julian
Julian will be focusing on creating social media posts highlighting the new drone feature.
Cedric
Cedric is working on a new trail that is going where Lefty used to be. We decided to get rid of that trail and do something better! Here is a preview. It was inspired by this video

How can I go to the open world map then bc I don't wanna be left out

I tried it but it seems so hard since im a begginer one more request can you guys just add begginer jumps pls im sorry if I'm asking for to much 😔 in the demo map
We won’t be adding any more trails to the demo map. All our focus is on the open world map. There are tons of jumps on the demo map though. Just takes some practice and you’ll get better!

Fika Break is the easiest trail on the demo map. That one is pretty chill.
Tbh I just played the game idk what yall have done but its become less laggy and alot more playable for me as for somone who can't do mtb in irl this is really lifting my mood ty

Dirt jumps are in the open world map. You get access to that if you’re a paying member. Discord.gg/cranked

Will the RealFlight RC controller work? Obviously I can test it when I get a chance but I'm curious now 🤣
I built an FPV radio calibration tool into the game so you should be able to set it up. If it doesn’t, let me know and we’ll make it work as long as it’s possible.
