This is the official release devlog for My Fluffy Neighbor - my first major visual novel project. I'm excited to finally share what I've been working on and get it into your hands!
My Fluffy Neighbor is an NSFW, romantic visual novel set in the hidden village of Oakridge, where anthropomorphic animals live peacefully away from the human world. Although there are some really fun and sexy NSFW scenes, there is also a rich story and a variety of characters that make it more than just a 'porn' game.
The current release features approximately 2 hours of content, introducing you to the main characters and establishing the foundation of their storylines. You'll explore different areas of Oakridge, meet various anthro residents, and experience the beginning of several romance paths with distinct characters who each bring something different to the story.
This release establishes the world and characters, but there's much more planned ahead. I have extensive storylines mapped out for each character, seasonal events, new locations to discover, and deeper relationship development! Your support on Patreon directly helps me continue developing and releasing regular updates - this game will be continuously updated with new content, scenes, and story progression.
I also want YOUR input on how to improve the game! Any feedback or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated, I want to create a community that can influence the direction of the story.

i loved the game so much, i would LOVE to see more of the mouse, and the pig girl was a small but interesting character, who it also might be cool to see more of, but manly the mouse, she was very cute, i loved the game so much

Just played through what you have so far. Very good. I am going to assume this is AI art and if so its the right way to do it. To often people say AI generation is bad but not everybody is a artist. Some people may be good writers and just want to be able to make a game. AI generation can fill the role for the visual media as a writer can explore the kink without awkward collaborations with artist. Sight saved and will be checking back for more chapters. Also the mention of other villages was brilliant. Expandable storyline by just traveling to other areas. Oh just one more thing. Did not see a way to pay on Itch. Free is good and all but Id be fine paying some money upfront. Not into monthly paying as it possibly promotes bad habits in devs. Never mind I see the link now. sending you some bucks now

Yes it is AI art, but I put a lot of time in fixing mistakes and adding on to it rather than just putting out shitty, mistake riddled content. I am not an artist, and I don't have the means to pay for one but I still want to tell the stories I want to tell. AI is a medium to do so, and to anyone who doesn't like it, they can choose not to play my game rather than shit on it for being AI. I appreciate the donation, thank you!
