无法直接在 iOS App 内解除这个限制，需要借助电脑（网页端或桌面端）来更改账号设置：

登录桌面版 Discord：在电脑浏览器中访问 Discord 网页版，或使用电脑端 Discord 软件登录你的账号。 (如果手边暂时没有电脑，可以使用 Safari 或 Chrome 等手机浏览器打开 Discord 网页端，并在浏览器菜单中选择“请求桌面网站”后再登录)

进入用户设置：点击左下角头像旁边的齿轮图标（User Settings / 用户设置）。

隐私与安全：在左侧菜单栏中选择 Privacy & Safety（隐私与安全）。

开启 iOS 访问权限：向下滚动页面，找到 Allow access to age-restricted servers on iOS（允许在 iOS 设备上访问年龄限制服务器）这一选项，并将其开启。

注意：你的 Discord 账号注册年龄必须大于 18 岁才会显示此选项。设置完成后，在手机上后台彻底滑掉并重新打开 Discord App，就可以正常进入该服务器了。

You cannot bypass this restriction directly within the iOS App; you need to use a computer (web or desktop version) to change your account settings:

Log in to the desktop version of Discord: Visit the Discord web version in your computer's browser, or log in to your account using the Discord desktop application.(If you do not have a computer on hand at the moment, you can use a mobile browser like Safari or Chrome to open the Discord web version, select "Request Desktop Website" from the browser menu, and then log in.)

Go to User Settings: Click the gear icon next to your profile picture in the bottom left corner (User Settings).

Privacy & Safety: Select "Privacy & Safety" from the left menu bar.

Enable iOS access: Scroll down the page, find the option "Allow access to age-restricted servers on iOS", and toggle it on.

Note:
Your registered Discord account age must be over 18 for this option to appear. Once the setup is complete, completely force close (swipe away) the Discord App in your phone's background and reopen it, and you will be able to access the server normally.
