DCS Web Viewer BETA 0.4.24 is released

• Click on a flyable unit and it should open relevant pages from the DCS Quick Guide in a new tab.

• Go to lat / lon / zoom via URL. I.e. this should go to LTAJ airport

• There are new buttons in the popups to set the lat/lon/zoom of the popup to the url.

• Setting unitId or groupId will no longer open the mission file editor. It will open the unit or group popup and center the view on that unit.
