Rushing back to Palm Harbor

I'm putting the effort to add Tri-City Bay (NFS Undercover) into the NFS World map for Assetto Corsa.

At this stage, all core assets have been ported into the NFS World map.

There's still a lot of work to do, including:

• Fixing various texture issues

• Fixing lighting (for night driving)

• Smoothing the roads

• And the most challenging task for me so far; connecting Rockport with Tri-City Bay
