'Vault Café' new location

Hi guys,

here comes the first location for a new mechanics - 'Vault Café'. This is the place where short introducing dialogue should take place, and where characters can go out for some evening drinks or coffee at lunch.

Hi, Iain. For the new mechanics it doesn't have alpha yet, however I'm pushing it hard to make one.

Thanks! No, I was not going to make any references, I just thought that RGB round tables would look cool. But now I might reconsider to change those tables look
