Announcement: working over act2
Hello, guys!
We wanted to announce that we have started our works over act2 of the Panthea game. We plan to update all game characters and locations and change framework to Unity (this will allow us to export game for web, windows exe and apk for android devices). This is a long-term change, we estimate first super-early game alpha in around 3 months or later (no exact date right now)
Important: we will continue current game development on flash until act2 is ready for launch. Before that we will probably share a couple of act2 development builds for patrons only.
So act2 is our parallel development. The story will have most of current game characters + some new characters. Story will continue from the moment where act1 will end.
About act2 game:
we plan the dialogues to look more like visual novel style with multiple characters present on the screen
no character walking, but player will keep freedom to choose where to go & whom to talk
we want more outfits in the game, but story events and h-scenes will be tied stronger to the particular outfit (for example working at the Vault will require vault waitress outfit, and so most of this story-related content will be connected to this outfit). This should allow us to keep outfit variety and no need to reproduce all outfits for every scene.
we also plan to have different hair styles - one default for each character and some other hair styles as a part of specific outfit
We plan to have some none-essential polls on Twitter (for example "what hair style / outfit of these do you like most"), but essential (character development & etc) will stay at Patreon
Are you interested in getting a lot of act2 work in progress updates here on Patreon? (will look like spamming. For example Lana with this hair or with that. Different poses, etc. Rough sketches of another characters)

yes, we plan android as one of the main platforms for game update

no, it has too much content and too much different art styles
you guys having us play as someone new? or is Casey the main character again? think it would be nice to play as someone fresh :)
so far the plan for main playable character is Casey and (if things go well) Lana. They suppose to show different story areas and characters. The plan is to have them more into stories involved, showing more interactions of side characters

i would love to have act 2 work in progress on patreon. the more the merrier. also will act one also go onto unity or will it just stay on flash
act1 stays in flash. It has so much things coded, that it will take months to move it new engine. Plus I want to keep the same level of arts for act2
Super excited for new characters! The current ones are nice but variety is the spice of life. Plus we know Casey is always down to make new friends

act2 will continue story and characters from act1. In terms of port - it will rather be 2 different games, as act2 will have different new stories

I am interested in updates. I wouldn’t want to be utterly inundated, but unless you’re doing like ten a day, I’m cool with checking out your progress.
Hmm. Sounds promising. Would like to see more details of lore and more work with current characters) Well, yeah and dirty juicy stuff of course, you got me.
Would the same themes that are already planned for events carry over to act 2 if not implemented in act 1? Such as the shower scene, the futa dream scene and other stuff like that, you mentioned story would pick up where it left off but i wasnt sure that counted as story, but i hope they do. Also i would love to see updates, heck the more the better.
Shower scene and futa / dildo scene will be added in act1. In general - yes, those stories planned for act1, which did not make it, will mostly move to act2.
