When did we stop being comfortable with our bodies?
One minute you're feeling good, then one bad photo, one number on a scale, or one clothing size has you looking at yourself completely differently. 😂
Spending time in social nudity spaces and being around so many different body types has made me question where our ideas about body confidence actually come from—and whether confidence is something we learn, lose, or eventually have to relearn.
This isn't about social nudity magically fixing body-image issues. It doesn't.
It's just a conversation about comparison, insecurity, getting older, the standards we put on ourselves, and learning how to exist comfortably in the body you have right now.
So I'm throwing the question to y'all:
Are we born confident—or do we have to learn how to become confident?
Let me know what you think in the comments.

A very insightful post.
I don't think we're born with confidence or shame, but as we grow we work on our confidence due to the shame, the world puts upon us. I had to work out my religious trauma of my body to reaccept myself.
