Mundane days make special days that much more special

The first time we came to Thailand, we were celebrating our elopement—and James was actually the photographer who took some of our very first wedding photos.

Fast forward to our second trip to Thailand, and somehow we ended up back in front of his camera again. 😂

We’ve always loved posing and creating together, even when it has absolutely nothing to do with being nude. But this shoot felt a little different because we got a chance to catch James up on everything that’s happened since the last time we saw him.

And whew… life looks VERY different now. 😂

Different careers. Different adventures. Different outlook on life. And somehow, all of that brought us back to Thailand, taking photos with the same person who captured the beginning of another chapter for us.

There’s something pretty cool about getting to recreate a moment without actually trying to recreate it.
