Our Nude Yoga experience is officially happening next month and honestly… I don’t think y’all understand how excited we are for this.

This is more than just a yoga class to us. The goal was never to create some super serious “perfect body wellness experience.” We wanted to create something human. A space where people could move, sweat, laugh, connect, decompress, and feel comfortable in their bodies without all the weird social pressure that usually exists in fitness spaces.

So here’s what the experience includes:

✨ 1 Hour Community Mixer after class

Honestly the mixer might become one of my favorite parts because instead of everybody immediately grabbing their keys and disappearing after class, we actually get to slow down and connect. Talk. Meet new people. Cool off together. Build community.

That part matters to us a lot.

And trust me… everybody walks into hot yoga nervous at first. Literally EVERYBODY. Your brain starts doing Olympic level overthinking:
“What if I fall?”
“What if I sweat too much?”
“What if I accidentally make eye contact in warrior pose?” 😭

But the funny thing is after a little while nobody cares because everybody is equally focused on surviving the heat. 😂

The energy becomes less about appearance and more about presence.

We really believe this can grow into something beautiful and consistent for the community. Safe vibes. Good people. Real connection. A little sweat. A little chaos. A lot of laughs.
