Nude Hot Yoga

So next month we are officially starting our Nude Hot Yoga classes in partnership with a Local yoga studio in New Jersey and we are genuinely excited about this in a way that feels deeper than just “another event.” This feels like one of those experiences where you walk in nervous as hell thinking about your stomach, your thighs, your posture, whether you’re gonna accidentally fart in downward dog… and then 20 minutes later you realize literally nobody cares because everybody else is also trying not to die in the heat. 😂

Like imagine:
The room is warm.
Music playing softly.
Everybody sweating.
People trying to hold warrior pose while mentally bargaining with God.
Someone’s water bottle rolling dramatically across the floor.

No designer outfits. No “yoga girl aesthetic.” No trying to figure out if your gym set makes your butt look motivational enough for Instagram. And THEN after class instead of everybody awkwardly disappearing into the parking lot immediately after making eye contact exactly one time… we’re doing a full community mixer for another hour.

That part might secretly become my favorite part.

Cold refresher drinks.
Pastelitos.
Sauna access.
People cooling down and actually talking.
Making friends.
Laughing about how hard the class was.
Probably somebody laying on the floor questioning every life decision they made before hot yoga. 😭

The goal is for this to feel less like a “fitness class” and more like a real community experience. Somewhere you can come consistently and slowly start recognizing faces and building comfort with yourself and other people.

Right now the idea is:

$45 per session
1 hour nude hot yoga (Instructor Included)
Yoga mat included
Blocks included
Sauna access included
1 hour community mixer included
Refreshers + pastelitos included

BUTTTTTT before we finalize everything I really want feedback from y’all because this is for the community, not just us.

So tell me honestly:

• Does $45 feel reasonable for everything included?
• Would guided icebreakers help or should the mixer stay natural and chill?
• What would make someone feel MOST comfortable attending their first class?

And please be honest because I already know some of y’all are reading this thinking:
“I support this spiritually but my hamstrings and social anxiety are currently negotiating.” 😂

I really think this could become something beautiful though. A safe, genuinely fun space where people can move, connect, decompress, and exist.

Also I need everyone to understand right now:
doing hot yoga naked sounds freeing and spiritual until that first bead of sweat starts traveling places you didn’t know sweat could travel. Very humbling experience. 😭
