lapras character

scribble of my lapras guy! i'd like to use him in an upcoming comic. I think his name will be mesmer, but it feels a bit cliche?

he's one of mewtwo's clones, although has rebelled and wishes to carve his own path and rule the seas (through hypnosis , of course)
