Ი︵𐑼 how to add downloaded sims:

• unzip the file

• put all tray files in documents > ea > the sims 4 > tray

• put all CC (.package) files in mods

• open the game → gallery → my library → turn on the 'include custom content'

make sure to check for duplicate or merged files .ᐟ ༝༚༝༚

when you put the sim in your gallery, it may say something is missing, but since i have so many mods and im not really an organized person, i deleted some unnecessary CC and merges!
