Vaporeon painting

It's just a painting, that's all haha, I left out the thing around her neck. I tried adding it, but it just felt weird to look at

I used to love the idea of painting in this style. I still haven't quite reached the level I want, but I'm happier with the results every time. Haha, I didn't even finish this painting—I started it about four hours ago, and this is as far as I got
