I can’t install an air conditioner because this isn’t my house and it’s a basement room.
I truly appreciate the many people who have offered to support me, but it’s okay — I’ll gratefully accept only your kind thoughts.
I’ve been receiving treatment at the hospital from time to time for heatstroke.
All I can do is pray for summer to pass quickly.

There are portable units that exhaust via hose if you at least have a window that opens
My suggestion is the same as everyone else, a fan or everyone a portable air conditioner. Hope those issues stop for you, get better! (｡-ω-)

Swamp coolers tend to be a decent option that are more affordable. Most can have ice put in the water tray as well
Lemme buy you a good fan atleast ;-;
As someone from a hot country, my advice to you is to get a fan (a strong one), and drink cold water while you save for a portable AC, and take baths more often.
