GARUDA — Our Next Patreon Project Begins

I’m very excited to finally announce that GARUDA will be our next project on Patreon, starting soon.

I really hope you’re going to love this one. Painting skin entirely in NMM is a real challenge, probably one of the most complex surfaces to master, but I truly believe that after these tutorials you’ll take a huge step forward and become much more confident painting NMM on all kinds of surfaces.

And trust me, you’re going to have a lot of fun painting the wings. 😅​

This is a truly unique miniature, full of possibilities to interpret and paint however you like. In my case, I chose these colors because Garuda is a mythological being, and I wanted to create my own interpretation while still staying close to what we traditionally imagine this creature to be.

I can’t wait to share the process with you all.

Espero de verdad que este proyecto os encante. Trabajar una piel realizada únicamente en NMM es algo realmente complejo, probablemente una de las superficies más exigentes de pintar, pero estoy convencido de que después de estos tutoriales vais a dar un salto enorme y os convertiréis en auténticos maestros del NMM en todo tipo de superficies.

Y creedme, vais a disfrutar muchísimo pintando las alas. 😅​

Es una figura realmente única, con muchísimas posibilidades para interpretarla y pintarla como queráis. En este caso, he elegido estos colores porque Garuda es un ser mitológico, y he querido hacer mi propia interpretación manteniéndome lo más fiel posible a la idea que normalmente tenemos de esta criatura.
