About Game Keys
As a reminder, if you backed at the $20 level for a game key and you did not get a Steam or Itch key, you needed to fill out the form that was linked to you when you backed for $20.
If you don't have your key yet, and you've filled out that form (or you've lost the link for it), please post in this topic and I'll get you your key ASAP.

Just filled my form, waiting for the key Meanwhile wondering, if you'd like to build some automation for this Volume is not too high, so, you could use google sheets as table for records, then when recieving new form - check, if person is already in the table - send them same key they already recieved and if they are new - verify, that they are a patron, if yes - send key and add to table
This is actually what we already do, but there's no way to get a notification for when someone fills the form out, unfortunately.

So, checking your account, it says it's a "free" account: would you be able to email me from the account you originally backed with, or tell me the username of it?

Your account shows that you haven't pledged at all, so that would be why you didn't get the form. You'd need to back for $20 at least once to get the form in the Game Key tier.

Was hoping that itch key would be here by now, but it doesn't seem to be. Any chance of a re-issue?
We'll be sending out the keys with the new patch, which should be right around the end of the month; figured most people who'd sent stuff off in the last week or two wouldn't wanna get through part of it, then have a lot of stuff changed drastically and have to start over to avoid missing things, etc.
Sorry i'm late, didn't check my emails for a moment. I filled the form and purposely didn't want steam or itch key bc I'm waiting for the GOG version. I regularly check discord for update and I know it will come "eventually". I can wait, but I want to make sure : will I still get my key when it will be release on GOG ? This message seemed alarming ^^'

Hi, I wanted to know what you need to do to play Future Fragments... from what I understand you have to sign up to a site, but after a month you lose everything if you don't sign up again? Because 20 euros a month is 240 a year and that's really a lot...
If you get a game key on here, you get it for life on Itch or Steam: you can also just buy the game directly on Itch or Steam, or MangaGamer, JAST, Denpasoft, Kagura Games, Shady Corner etc. So you never have to pay more than once for the full game.

Is there a demo version of this game? Also does it run on Mac?
There will be a new demo version once all core content's in the game, just so the demo is accurate to the full game; it can run on a Mac using WINE, so it won't run natively, but it'll run with that.

Yeah, if you submitted it a few days ago, we haven't sent out anything since the day of this post (the last time I sent out stuff) due to the holidays, I'll be sending out game keys again sometime in the next day or two.

The game as of now isn't available in my region on Steam. Any news on the release on other platforms such as GOG?
It should be available on Itch; did you ask for a key for it there? It'll be on GoG eventually, but I can't give an exact date on it.

This is likely because you have no email listed on Patreon, so it wouldn't have been caught in the initial batch of keys sent out; did you want me to send it to you directly on Patreon or did you want to add an email so I can send it there?

This is because you backed the Audio Pack tier, which doesn't come with a game as well; you'd need to back the game key tier itself.
