Tire Pressure Controller

This mod allow users to edit their tire pressure on the fly, this remove the need to open the vehicle config and change the tire pressure in there. You can bind keys to the controls in Options > Controls > Vehicles they will be for PSI, there is also a UI app that has sliders. Try and find the easter egg I left in the mod for yall, just a cool little feature.
