Ashland Episode 35 - Save Files

After the downtown redevelopment went off without a hitch, the new city council was facing an ever increasing rise in expectations. And not all residents were happy about the increase in density.

The council knew they had to act fast and they saw the waterfront as an opportunity. A flashy, high profile project would make them look effective, generate more tax revenue, and give them a visible legacy they could brag about at every election.

So today, we're transforming our boring, empty waterfront, into something exciting. We'll place a few key buildings that I'm really excited about, and much more.
