Project Update: Remake & Remaster (R&R)

THE SHRiNK is undergoing a partial remaster and overhaul designed to streamline future development and significantly boost release frequency, with a targeted bi-weekly update schedule.
To eliminate development bottlenecks and avoid decade-long production delays across fragmented storylines, the complex point-based routing system past version 0.4.1 has been phased out. Moving forward, the narrative framework will adopt a more direct, accessible structure:

• Streamlined Choices: Branching paths are being consolidated. Instead of relying on hidden stat checks, major narrative preferences (such as Dom vs. Femdom scenes for characters like Melissa and Aiko) will be handled via direct, explicit choices.

• Unified Paths: Core storylines will eventually converge, ensuring steady content delivery for the entire primary cast without leaving specific character routes stalled for months.

• Route Integrations: The Trifecta route will remain the game's sole isolated branch, while trans-focused storylines are slated to integrate naturally with the main cast over time.
