Camp Pinewood 3 Announcement + Upcoming CPR Updates
It’s finally time to announce the next chapter in the Camp Pinewood story.

I’m really happy to finally share the new project with you, along with my plans and the development timeline. This time, you’ll be able to participate in development from the very beginning and help shape important decisions that will form the foundation of the entire game, including decision on characters, animations, interactive elements, and more.
A little spoiler about my plans: Camp Pinewood Remix will continue receiving content updates all the way until the full public beta of CP3.
In the past, I usually worked on something behind the scenes and then suddenly presented it as a finished decision. Maybe changing that approach will allow us to create something truly legendary together. It will also give me the freedom to work at a more comfortable pace and carefully craft every element of the game.

Core Gameplay
This time, I’m going to change the gameplay significantly because the current CPR formula is already starting to feel outdated. It made sense for CPR because it was a remake of the original Camp Pinewood, but a completely new game needs to do things differently.
The goal is to make the game more engaging while keeping the elements that already work.
The main idea is simple: less visual novel, more actual game.
This time, you are the new director of the camp.
You’ll decide who gets invited to the camp, have your own personal secretary, make a lot of important choices, manage the camp’s budget, corrupt the girls, and much more.
Story
The story will take place after the events of CPR/CP2, but some time will have passed. I don’t want to reveal too much yet because CPR’s story isn’t finished.
There will be a new protagonist, and we’ll also decide what he looks like together.
Some old characters may return as well, but that will also be something we discuss together.
Features
Improved art style
I’m not planning a radical change in direction. The goal is to preserve what already works while making everything better, richer, and more polished.
I’ll publish different versions and variations of the artwork so you can vote for the direction you like the most.
Improved animations and interactive scenes
There will be fewer animations, but they will be MUCH higher quality. I’d rather make one carefully crafted animation with a proper ending than four animations rushed just to fill an update.
Global “Futa Mode”
All characters in animated and static scenes will support this mode. You’ll be able to enable or disable it in the settings(disabled by default).
How Will Development Work?
Without rushing.
Trying to speed things up has already hurt the games several times in the past. This time, I want to do it properly.

Updated Patreon Tiers ⭐️
$1+ Patrons
You’ll be able to follow the development process. I’ll publish development results and progress updates for everyone once a month.
You’ll also continue receiving all Camp Pinewood Remix updates in full. You can find the approximate CPR update schedule below.
$3+ Patrons
You’ll actively participate in the development of CP3 (polls) and receive detailed development reports twice a month. Also access to demo and early beta (or alpha?). No, no. We will call it: Super Beta.
$5+ Patrons
In addition to everything above, you’ll be able to participate in more significant decisions involving characters, specific types of fetishes, animations, and other important elements of the game.
🗓️September - October
The public development process, including polls and discussions, starts on September 1 and will receive regular updates.
🗓️November
In November, there will already be a playable test demo ⭐️
🗓️December - February
After that, I’ll focus on polishing, expanding, and improving everything we’ve built so far, plus take a short holiday break.
🗓️February - June
Regular content updates, just like we’re all used to.
But once again, no rushing. High quality is our priority!
🗓️June
This date is still approximate.
CP3 will receive its public release for $1+ Patrons and will replace CPR once CPR development is complete.
At that point, the rewards for the $3 and $5 tiers will also change. These tiers will receive a separate version of the game featuring additional exclusive characters.
So if you’re not particularly interested in participating in development or receiving the extra bonuses, you’ll simply be able to lower your tier and continue receiving regular game updates.
My basic philosophy regarding these games hasn’t changed: the games should remain affordable.
The compromise is that, starting in September, I’m temporarily asking those who want to participate more actively to move to a higher tier to help support the beginning of CP3 development as much as you can ❤️
Once we get through this development stage, we’ll be able to return to the current model without losing anything. 🧠

Hey!👋 Yes! Remix is a remake of a camp pinewood 1 but it’s gonna be completed (original game was not). Camp Pinewood 3 is coming soon and replace Camp Pinewood Remix. 👍
I've been following camp pinewood since your first game came out. Loved it, and it's what got me into VN's. It's very consistent on staying within a shared universe of cartoon characters. But I was curious on a couple things, so I have some questions regarding the world on #3 1.) Do you plan on or would you consider video game series characters? Not to name any titles specifically; but Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox exclusive games? I feel like I see a certain Nintendo character in the office basement, on a poster. 2.) With your mention of wanting it to be an actual game; does that imply more in depth mechanics? And if so what kind of games are you inspired by to make Pinewood 3?

For CP3 hope you'll have some video cameras set up in the communal showers/pool area and any spas so the MC can spy on the women as desired/required.
Now *that* is some seriously beefy news 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 It’s been nearly six years since I started following this game series, and it has certainly given me some great moments. So, regarding the future third installment, I’m dying to see what you’re cooking up, and I’m truly honored to be part of its development. That said... Regarding the design direction for the new game—and considering you're prioritizing gameplay over visual novel elements (plus the fact that the MC will be the camp director)... The most effective approach would be to create a light RTS/RPG hybrid (something like *Stardew Valley*). It would offer the freedom to build the camp from scratch into a fully functional one, assigning the girls who show up over time, with spicy or romantic situations unlocking based on your progress. But that’s just an idea. only if it’s feasible of course (assuming it wouldn't be too complex/Time consume to develop). But the important thing, as you already mentioned, is not to rush development so you can create a great game that you actually enjoy making. I'm excited for the new installment and to see how the story unfolds after the events of CP2 (what a cliffhanger!). Sending you lots of strength, Vaut! Keep going strong for the rest of the year 💪🏼😎

I'm loving the art so much! I have an idea, though I have no idea what I'm talking about. I think that it would be a fun option to be able to personalize your character's appearance in a character creator. Just you, no other character. I think it would make the game more relatable. I would also love to see Lisa Loud to either assist or replace Velma since it's in the future.
Oh, I wish! The main problem is 2D here. I dreamed about it from the first game. I would need to re-do every face or/and skin color. Tools are updating regularly, I'll check if I could do something like this. But no promises. 🥲 Thank you!

I really respect your commitment to your art style and avoiding AI, it makes it so worth it to support you since I wouldn't feel comfortable giving money for AI generated content. Thanks for taking the time to give us such a detailed plan and the teaser is just a touch of pure class! Your games have always had a sense of charm and fun and I'm looking forward to seeing that be integrated into the camp management system . I love and fully support the idea of this next one being like you said "more game and less visual novel" I think it will greatly benefit this kind of game and compliment your art style as well. Mini-games, a management system, and other gameplay elements are one of the reasons I believe people like B.A.D. and some others are so popular since they really put you in the shoes of the protagonist and it's always fun to roleplay as a manager, athlete, worker, etc. for most adults. Putting more time into quality animations as opposed to a larger quantity is also a pro move; I couldn't be happier with the direction you're going! Thank you for your question! You don’t even have to play previous games. It’s related but mostly go by itself. The question “why” will be answered in the end of CPR. And it’s pretty cool I think. But you may not even know the ending of CPR and still enjoy the new story. I hope I explained it properly 👍
First, great announcement! I look forward to helping the community-as-team flesh this new project out. It looks like a move towards choices matter as opposed to linear story progression, which will be a fresh face for the Camp Pinewood saga as a whole. I am so on board for this. Gladly I will ply every skill set to help this project along as you go.

Wow that's legit dude! Hopefully more lore & even wikia be available for Camp Pinewood 3 game. ;) For questions here are these: 1. Will there be voice actors with actresses for ya characters? 2. Where Camp Pinewood (location) in which area of the US with forest & mountains, as well as inspirations behind it? 3. While linked to past Camp Pinewood games, will there be deja vu moments for main male character with some gals feeling something familiar? 4. Will there be bribery mode using the camp's extra budget to get the local law enforcement, intelligence agency (include FBI) & even US National Guard units away from the camp by various means or just fortify camp with hire private military contractor type security guards to keep others away from it? 5. Might u open art comm in the future?
