PC Telemetry Server v1.2.1 patch update

Hi! Quick update, I've just published v1.2.1 for the PC Telemetry Server.

If you already have it installed, you will get a prompt to auto-update the next time you launch the program. Nothing else to do.

If you haven't installed the PC Telemetry Server yet, you can grab the latest version from here:

📋 v1.2.1 Changelog:

🐛 Fixed:

• Added a proper signing certificate to the .exe file so it stops triggering antivirus popups when trying to install it

• Improved the way firewall exceptions are added. If you had to pause your Windows Firewall to use the app, this should fix that, so you can enable it again after updating (hopefully)

Thanks to everyone who's been reporting issues after the public release last week!
Please keep it up on Discord, it helps us keep making the app better for you.
