And here is the new Roadmap!!
I hesitated a lot, but... to avoid spoilers, I have to be careful not to give too much away about what's coming soon in version 0.6.
So this is probably the simplest roadmap you'll ever get from OPT3! 😅
For the upcoming 0.5 update, I’m delighted to introduce a brand-new character. I hope you’ll love her as much as I loved creating her!
Other news: The latest update was a huge success!
First of all, welcome to everyone who joined us over the past week!
The download numbers on itchio have been incredible. We had 15000 downloads last week alone, and the numbers keep climbing with every update.
It’s a little intimidating to think that so many people are waiting for my updates, haha!
I also feel like the rise of AI, and its overabundance in NSFW visual novels, has brought quite a few people back. People genuinely want handmade content rather than AI slop, and you can really see that reflected in the numbers.
Based on your feedback, I’m going to rework the card shop, add some new items, and rebalance the battles accordingly.
If you have any suggestions for improving the card game, don’t hesitate to share them!
About the Android version :
Well… it works pretty well overall!!
The vast majority of the feedback has been very positive.
Okay, yes, I probably should have warned you: this is a BIG game, alright? Don’t try running OPT3 on a phone from 2017. It simply won’t work.
But overall, it’s great. It works! 👌👌👌
However, this raises the question of how Android players can obtain the previously released exclusive outfits. I’m still not sure what the best solution would be, but I feel like it wouldn’t be very fair to give those exclusive outfits to Android players without doing the same for PC, Linux, and other players.
So, for the upcoming update, I’m considering introducing a one-time catch-up event, allowing everyone to unlock all the previous exclusive outfits using a single code.
What do you think?

I thought that I will never will comment on on a feedback in my life, but bro I totally love the card game, first time that I wish that I could play against everybody and not to fuck them. Its difficult but not imposible and I like that, I also think that the reward system works perfect because if you can get everything for the store its just too easy keep the awesome word with the card game I love it. The redesign of snow white its awesome, I hope at least we can play againts her. Sorry for my bad english its not my first language.
Hi! First, I want to say that I really like the update and this chapter in general; Aurora's design is excellent, a magnificent job! I also wanted to share an idea that I find interesting: regarding the marriage plot, although I don't know your future plans, perhaps the protagonist could have the option to choose one of the princesses, which would lead to a special scene depending on that choice.

i just downloaded and played the 0.4 update today. Nexie might be my favorite character since the introduction of Tinker all the way back in OPT1. also, OPT Snow White looks... smokin' hot.
I love the idea of a catch up event! Would this be the only one? Or could you see yourself doing it again much further down the road?

At this point my main criticism is that the ring feels drastically undervalued. I was sort of expecting a level up opportunity each update or something, it’s kind of weird to have it so limited for so long when part of its appeal is the promise of how much you can do with it. aside from wanting to support this kind of project in general the ring was the main thing that really convinced me to move from fan to patron. Also, I don’t think that your fans value the exclusivity as much as you might think Salty. A lot of folks seem more interested in a high quality game that simply avoids the issues we’ve all been running into all over the place in gaming—and not just nsfw gaming. I think we all also want to experience the highs of OPT1 again as well, with the level of customization that offered. (Though on that note, I do want to appreciate the influx of costume options in this update! Lots of fun) I am however extremely excited to hear how popular OPT3 is, and in particular in the context of rejecting GenAI slop. You and your team can be incredibly proud of that.
I personally don't care if any of the outfits are "exclusive" at all. I say let people have them and enjoy. I will say something I'm worried about is missing content from the skill tree idea we have going on. I don't want to have to replay the whole game to see different outcomes or options based on whether I chose magic, persuasion, or corruption. UNLESS they make the game so vastly different that it would be a completely different experience with fully flushed out different scenes, routes, outfits, things like that. Basically, unless there is enough content that a second playthrough would feel wholly unique, I find the different skills more annoying than I do interesting. I don't want to be locked out of content based on that decision, unless I'm locked out of SO MUCH content that playing the game again feels totally unique.
I’m only speculating but based on OPT I’m going to guess the new character but please don’t tell me but my guess the new character will be from Hyrule if it is I’m very excited if not I’m still very excited (;
Nothing more disappointing than finding a game you're interested and thinking wow this is so cute and sexy what a great idea I can't wait-....this is all fucking AI slop. God dammit. And yeah you're right it immediately makes me want to jump back to support real artists.

I think that instead a single code cach them all, do a double code in each of the ne updates, one new, one old, that way seems fair
If I have the codes now, can I use them in the full release of the game? I personally prefer to wait until 1.0 releases to play games, but I would still love the exclusives to be available to me.

A one time catch up sounds great! I play on a steam deck and couldn't get the first release to work so I missed the first exclusive sadly.
Also, don't quote me on this but I saw the mechanic of "leveling up" which adds points to one out of 3 attributes (magic, corruption, persuasion). I don't know what your plans are or how long the game would be, but I think it will be great to have more of those "level up" situations per challenge. I think that will also let you and your have more room for creative ideas inside of the story, let it be main path or side quests
I think the catch-up event sounds very nice. I've gotten exclusive items and I was happy about it but having all of them without depending on the path you choose sounds very nice.
