Hello everyone!
Dear Patrons, ladies and gentlemen, the time has finally come to reveal Once a Porn a Time 3!
There are a lot of big announcements in this newsletter, get ready! 😄
Let’s start with the simplest question: when is it coming out?
The first update of OPT3 will be available around:

What exactly is OPT3?
Well, my goal is simple: to create the BEST TRAINER EVER MADE.
Yes — I dare to say it.
So, this will be my final game, the one we’ll keep expanding for years and years to come.
No new projects — all our work now goes into this one.
Our focus right now will stay on Patreon.
The game will be uploaded on Itchio and F95Zone.
No Steam release date is planned for now.
( I still made the Steam page well in advance for wishlists, but don't count on a Steam release 😄)
🩷 What can you expect from this OPT3?
You and Tinker have to get the park ready for its grand opening in just a few days…
But one princess still isn’t corrupted.
The most princess of all fairy tale princesses:
🌹The Sleeping Beauty – Aurora.
And that’s all I’ll say about the story for now! you’ll discover the rest in the first update 😏.
There are plenty of new features — starting with the NEW SKILL SYSTEM
🩵Persuasion / 💛Magic / 🩷Corruption
Each time you level up, you’ll be able to choose which skill to upgrade!
Each one changes how you train your princesses, unlocking new choices, new dialogues, and unique animations. You can even combine them for special results!
(💛Magic and 🩷Corruption will be exclusive to Patreon Tier 2 and more.)
🎟️ Patreon Codes Are Back!
Just like in OPT1 and OPT2, you’ll soon be able to unlock exclusive in-game content using a special Patreon code! This will unlock in game:
🔹 Access to 💛 Magic and 🩷 Corruption
🔹 Unique bonuses — cards, gold, or other surprises!
🔹 Limited-Time Content — Each Patreon code works like a mini-event! You will unlock exclusive skins or quests, once unlocked, they’re yours forever. But if you miss the code, that content stays locked for good!
Second important point: ROMANCES 💗💗💗
This time, it’s serious — your choices will really matter.
I was pretty nice in the first two OPTs, but that’s over! Eheh.
Characters now have an affection system based on your answers.
Some romantic paths can be unlocked — or completely blocked — depending on what you say. And yes, if you mess up, they can absolutely end up hating you. So watch your words ❣️
Some characters will be fully romanceable — deeply romanceable — while others absolutely won’t. And of course, I’m planning multiple endings for the main story depending on your choices.

To prepare for this new OPT, I replayed several classic Trainers (AKABUR!!) — and one thing stood out: the best ones stay simple.
That’s exactly what I want here. Back to basics, but with a massive technical and visual upgrade.
We’ll start small, like in the old days: You, Tinker, and the Princess.
(And of course, I’ll add all the twisted, perverted stories on top of that, you know me~~)
With Once a Porn a Time 3, we’ve reached a graphical and technical level that I’m perfectly satisfied with. Technically, the game now has a solid foundation — strong enough to keep growing and evolving for a very long time.
The goal is simple: make a damn good game — with heavy corruption, cool princesses, cool characters, high-quality NSFW animations, insane visuals, and a good story.
And if it works, we’ll just keep going — more DLCs, more princesses, more stories, and eventually, the ultimate Trainer.
(Yeah, I’m a huge Trainer fan, eheh.)

Just to clarify, with the magic and corruption options locked behind Tier 2, does that mean Tier 1 Patrons have two thirds of the game just forever unavailable to them? Does upgrading to Tier 2 get you access to locked content from previous updates? After 6+ months, one has effectively paid full-price for a game.Is the expectation that people who stay on Tier 1: don't get access; upgrade to Tier 2 just for the month when each update happens; or have previously locked content made available to them at some point?
The game is fully unlocked by Tier 2, as has always been the case here. With each update, the Patreon code changes and new things become unlockable in the game.
Yay then please make it moddable too. I would love it even more.
Yay, it will be out on my 59th Birthday, can't wait. Did you say DLC's? How about making the game moddable in the future as well?

Point of clarification. Is code redemption in-game time limited? Or is how long the code is posted that's limited. I'm out of town for the long stretches of time. If I have a code but I'm not able to redeem it until after I get back, would the code still work? I understand the system being ideal for a developer perspective, but I'm not really comfortable with the system from a customer perspective. I've been a Patreon for a good long while now, this system is honestly making me reconsider continuing to be a Patron going forward. I was waiting to voice my concerns until after some more clarification but said clarification has not alleviated my concerns. The whole back up your save file thing to keep redeemed content, will good advice, has many flaws.
I understand, I might not have been very clear — it’s hard to sum up all the info at once ^^ So, with each new update, there’ll be a new Patreon code (as usual), and that code might come with an exclusive reward tied to it. There’s no real "time limit" to claim the reward — it’s just that with the next update (around every month and a half), a new one will replace it, and the old reward will not be available. So you’ll have plenty of time to get it in-game! And once you’ve unlocked the reward, it’ll stay available in any new playthrough. Hope that clears everything up! ~
Can't wait! I'm definitely gonna have to make multiple saves so I can do all the different romance routes! 🤣
James K does have a very good point about losing unlocked material, and there are some inevitable comparisons to live service games here which are rather infamous these days for both their exploitative FOMO approach and their habit of not being nearly as sustainable as marketed. Do you have any way to address these concerns?
I'm going to post my reply here too so it's visible: Everything will be linked to your savegames normally. So make sure to back them up from time to time if you're worried about that ^^
I"ll admit that the combination of "one game for years and years" and "limited time unlocks" has me concerned a bit. Hard drive crashes and PC build upgrades happen, and I hate the idea of losing unlocks to the march of time.
That’s a fair concern tbh.
Question about the DLC: Will we be able to request characters? Obviously they would need to be redesigned for copyright concerns but it would be cool to have characters that aren’t classic princesses. Or if redesigned characters are too risky, then maybe OCs from voted on franchises?
Wait, wait, the first update hasn't even been released yet, let's not start planning DLCs! Haha 😄 But if you have any ideas, feel free to share them, I always read them!

Will Sleeping Beauty be the only Princess corrupted? If you’re adding on this this one for quite some time, maybe Tink could decide to add new ‘attractions’ that will require more

Hell yes! So, so pumped for this. PaC was pretty good, but I'm excited to get back to my favorite girls, and beyond eager to try out more corruption and definitely the magic!

All right Salty, you’ve officially got me. I’ll sub long term haha. After Porn and Cards it’s clear that the way you ended OPT2 was a one-off in detrimental quality, not a red flag about what was to come. I’m also very excited to get something closer to mind control in a trainer finally, as that’s my biggest kink and trainers basically never have that kind of option despite its high value to corruption narratives. The art looks great and the story and humor are I’m sure intact. I’m really excited. But please, make sure you have a plan for winding it down if something happens with funding or, god forbid, censorship and sustainability becomes impossible. Too many nsfw games go on for ages and then just get abandoned.
Will it be possible to collect them all (romances) in one go?
Sex scenes, maybe, but that's not even certain. But as for romance, no. There will be choices to make.

Does this mean (eventually) previous characters will be brought back and expanded upon? Like will Snow White make a return but with more dialogues and actions possible? If so that’ll be awesome on top of new additions in the future
