Hello everyone!
I hope you're all doing well.
Today, I want to talk about the upcoming update of Porn and Cards (of course~~) and the future of my games in general — not just Porn and Cards, but also the "future titles" that will come after it.
Let’s start with what’s coming soon: the next update! 🎯
It will mainly focus on Emee’s arrival in PnC 💙 — with battles, cards, sexy stuff, story content... you know how it goes!
And I'm doing everything I can to release the update in May! 📅
(First for Patreon Tier 3, then for Tier 2, as usual! )
Now, let’s move on to what's next: let’s talk about the future of Once a Porn a Time!
Basically, we’re having a lot of discussions with my teams right now, and I think it would be a good idea to get your opinion on all of this.
Currently, we’re mostly working on PnC, but my main artist and I are slowly starting the next game too.
There are a lot of characters and backgrounds to redesign to match our graphic improvement, so there’s a lot of work ahead!
To keep it short:
Porn and Cards is a short spin-off of "Once a Porn a Time" that allowed us to experiment and implement a lot of new things, so that the next game we release can be TRULY exceptional. 🌟
The next game will be a condensed version of everything we've learned over the past few years — new technologies we've created, new drawing and animation techniques... and, most importantly (even if you don't directly see it on your side), improved organization methods to ensure long-term stability.
And above all, I now know what I love doing, what you guys love, what you expect and how can I suprise you.
I don't want to say too much because I want to keep a lot of surprises for the real reveal of the next game... but trust me, it's going to be insane 🔥
(Notice how hard I'm trying not to mention the name of the next "Once a Porn a Time" game... the one with a number bigger than 2 behind it. 😅)
I know some of you really enjoy PnC, but I also know that a huge majority of you are mainly waiting for the next installment of OPT.
So the question is:
👉 Should we finish PnC as a shorter spin-off (like it was originally planned) and then move on to the next OPT game?
Or should we turn PnC into a game as long as OPT 1 & 2?

i love for more custom stuff in OPT and way to move around to see old stuff like let us go back to see the other girls from 1 and 2

I love OPT, but the drone minigame really is grindy. PnC is still very early in, but the cards game, as simple as it is, brings a gameplay depth that's very welcome
Would be much more interesting if it was something grid-based instead of strictly linear. Ooh, maybe make it Minesweeper-like?
I really want to know who the masked person is and I love the original story so I would love to see OPT 3 done first! But I’m also enjoying not just being a floating penis.
I just started playing it, haven't had the time before and I think as (If I may say so) one of your biggest fans, this game has great potential and I just love how your Team just keeps on improving over time. Props to everyone working OPT & PnC (btw old make the song about Tennessee an actual song it's so good) :)

I wouldn't mind seeing a OPT length PnC, as I love westerns and would love to see where the story goes. Though I am dying to see more OPT.
The desk looks to have enough space for a mini-Sybian, is all I'll say.
Mayhaps porn and cards could return as a minigame in the next installment of OPT. where there are nsfw cards and clothing outfits/nsfw rewards.
While I enjoy PnC, I feel strapped in to the story in a way I didn't with OPT. Maybe it's because PnC is still so early on dev or it's just a touch of nostalgia, but I feel like I had more freedom of choice in OPT
I mean technically speaking the next OPT game is gonna come out since that was the original plan so I’m always down with an extension of the spin off. The way I see it more content, longer enjoyability
You are doing a great job! Take your time for Porn and cards, it’s a great game so far. But keep in mind we all want to see OPT part3 ( also part 4,5,6,7,8, etc) in the near future. So keep up the good work 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I am fine with anything myself, a) because my PC is dead and I am still saving up to buy a new one lol and b) I know how each new game has improved upon what came before, so if PnC getting more development time means the next OPT installment will be even better, then I am all for it! The team has been doing incredible work, so no matter the plan I will be excited to see!

I really like the card system in Porn & Cards so I voted to expand. But if you wanted to finish it and go back to OPT, I'd say migrating the game mechanics can't be a bad thing to replace some of the more "grindy" aspects of the previous games!
The card game system will be included in the next OPT anyway. No way we're going back to the drone gameplay, haha. But it'll be an improved version, with new features, etc.
I chose the expand option not because i think OPT3 should be delayed to make it bigger. Instead, i think you should finish the original vision for PnC, and then expand with new quests, and battles post 1.0.
I am fine with anything! Each update is amazing and I always look forward to seeing the new animations and how much work is put into the games by you and your team!
I'm mostly fine with anything, but I would be lying if I said I didn't want to spend more time with the original crew and MC. There's a lot of plot points and love to be witnessed still.
