How to install the camera in the screen in this car ?

Make sure the "Columbus Navigation System" is selected in the Radio slot from the parts selector. Afterwards, when you shift into reverse, the camera should work. If it displays the sky, make sure you enable "Dynamic Reflections" from the graphics settings. Now it should properly display the reflection behind the vehicle. Hopefully that clears it all up!
