Hey Elayna and Riley, My name is Lexi! I am so stoked you both are doing so well especially after everything happened with the boat! This is mostly an I love your videos comment as someone who has been watching you since I was 15 (thanks Dad for introducing me) and you guys are the ones who inspired me to travel solo around the world in my gap year when I was 18. I am still chasing the next adventure and would absolutely adore joining you and your family for a little slice of one of yours. A bit about me: I am 23 and originally from Margaret River in WA. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Marine and Antarctic Science with honours (major in marine biology) and currently work as a scientific diver for the university. Before this, I worked as a swim teacher for 3 years and also worked in a summer camp in Canada as a water sports instructor including sailing doing the whole living the dream gig. So, I have worked with kids, and it would be such a dream to get to know all of you in person after watching your videos for so long. I am using 2025 as another gap year to work around a bit and then also scratch the travel itch again and this would just fit perfectly into that. I grew up sailing and still once a month sail at my local yacht club for keelboat racing but have also sailed for the university on dinghies. I am nowhere near what I would consider a “good” sailor, but I know my way around a boat and have spent a lot of time on them as well. This would truly be an epic opportunity and maybe a great way to bring in some more conversations about marine conservation into the channel? Hi Elayna and Riley ! I’d love to throw my hat in the ring for the crew position! I’m a 22-year-old from Western Australia, eager to step outside my comfort zone and gain new perspectives through adventure and unique experiences. I’m great with kids—I currently work in a boarding house, essentially a ‘glorified babysitter’ for students aged 10 to 17, and I absolutely love it. I’ve just completed my Bachelor of Commerce, but I’m not quite ready to commit to the corporate world. Instead, I’m looking for an opportunity that challenges me, and this couldn’t have come at a better time. Cooking is a passion of mine, so I’d be happy to help out in the kitchen. Plus, I’ve been fortunate enough to grow up around boats my whole life, so I’m comfortable on the water. What I would like to see? Continue your thoughts about nature conversation and initiatives that campaign for it. Great barrier reef, ocean protection, ... and the big threat climate change & co2 pollution and how to stop it (and stop acidification of the oceans and coral bleaching). Campaigns you find worthy to support. Your kids and you want to enjoy coral reefs and currently the fossil industry has a vested interest to destroy them and active campaigning helps saving them. Talk about it from your own view, not polarizing but unifying in a way all your viewers can understand (if not agree, at least understand your point of view). You visited Sea Shepherd in the past, you gave Greta Thunberg a ride, you were part of that beach cleanup effort of multiple YouTubers ... .

Great episode and sorry I missed live. I was catching up on some sleep. Speaking of Alien stories. I have noticed since moving to Maui that the next thing I knew there were CEO’s everywhere moving to Hawaii. Oracles Ellison bought Lanai, right across the channel from us, Bezos is my neighbor to the South in Makena and Oprah to the east in Kula Upcountry Maui. No big deal as many celebs live here like Mick Fleetwood or Steve Tyler down the street. Our Haleakala crater (not extinct) is best place to star watch night or day. We have several very special DOD Telescope’s up there and now we are the home of the Space Station Star Fleet Cadets. I did not realize Maui was be becoming the SS Stargate AI tech center for the future. Hawaii as well. Zuckerberg of course bought in Kauai (Obama owns a home on Oahu). President T announced his plans today for “Stargate AI” with Oracles Ellison. So much weird stuff goes on at night over here on Maui facing Lanai there on his Island. We know since our Wailea and Maui Meadows neighbors can see all the lights and the drones, as can we, planes, and whatever they all are. Not to mention the Military subs in the straight and planes and helicopters. You may want to bring the boys around while it is all still in the making. Reports from my neighbors a couple nights ago of weird ships buzzing back and forth between Lanai and Kahoolawe Island faster than possible. We have stuff going on over here like SCI FI movies. I am scared and fascinated all at the same time. It has gotten extremely busier in the last several years. These Billionaire guys grew up on these dreams of Mars of space and they have the money to do it in their lifetimes. Aliens, Elon has major plans. 🫡He worries me the most. $$$$ big money already from Dubai buying up these AI Energy Data Centers all over US. Maui and Hawaii are big plans for Elons Space landings of his ships and the debris! Never thought I would see this in my lifetime. People come to Maui also to go on Stargate guided retreats meditations for Elayna to try out some day. Maybe a way to keep the boys interested in new stuff but still sailing…and whales….great surfing, sailing. I am sure they are coming…gotta Re dredge Lahaina first. Then probably Makena, Kihei, Ma’alea and so forth. For boats and then of course space ships. US Coasties are building HUGE multistory building at Ma’alea harbor. Would love to hear about and see the state of the Great Barrier Reef. I was there in 2007 and it was incredible, then the bleaching event happened and it saddens me to imagine it not being as it was. I hope to return one day with my family.
