Life offshore of mainland Philippines has been full of surprises and jaw dropping beauty. Join us this week as we slowly head North from the gorgeous Nacpan beach (voted best beach in the world) to Coron, where we are struck by the sudden change in this remarkable landscape.

Thanks for the episode. The music at the dive at the geginning and while sailing around 40:00 was weird, a bit dark & psychedelic, didnt fit the video in my experience. Hth.

Ellie is a true godsend to your family… i have never heard her even raise her voice to the kids… and she seems to see things that need doing and just handles smoothly. Kiss the kids for me.

A couple of questions for future q&a’s: Different wind models - how do you choose which one to believe? And does your head ever stop working? Can’t remember watching any footage of dealing with the sanitation systems onboard!

Dear Elayna, Riley, Lenny & Darwin oh and Elly. Hope and trust this message finds you good and well. I know that you miss some messages yet I shall give it a crack. It’s scary when our children have allergies. My son had an allergic reaction to one particular tree he was climbing. You have the most amazing life and appreciate your frankness while remaining humble and transparent. The teachings of Falun Dafa has the core principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. That’s got to be good! Nevertheless not that easy to follow through with. We do our best, that is why it’s called cultivation practice. Please do your best to go to the link (local contact) and it’s completely free. Also please take no notice of the negative propaganda on the internet. I can assure you Falun Dafa is good. I was watching you meditate and your obviously predestined. The meditation is one where you stay conscious the whole time. So you let the thoughts go and keep coming back to you. The music for each exercise which you will eventually download helps become it has the Gong. The first four exercises are gentle slow and curved almost motionless and still. The fifth is the tranquil sit for an hour. You’ll be comfortable with it in no time. You don’t have to sit in full lotus right from the start. Finally you will need to leave the kids with Riley naturally because it is “a tranquil sit”😊🙏 Regardless of what you may have heard it’s not a religious belief. However one of the Buddha schools cultivation ways. The only topic which may challenge you is completely letting go of alcohol. That’s because all the good things leave your body once they get a whiff of alcohol. Otherwise your good to start practicing and reading Zhuan Falun (pdf maybe downloaded at the FalunDafa.org website). Reading 📖 the book helps with everything.😊❤️🙏

While I enjoy the hour-long version, I don't think you should stress yourself and keep making these.
It's possible that shorter episodes are more work because they require more editing to become short. But I agree to avoid burnout. We'll happily watch and support whatever video cadence!
