Hey beautiful people🤍! Y’all have been asking me for a pet-related build foreverrr, so I finally did ittt. This build combines a vet clinic and pet adoption center all in one, so your sims can treat, groom, adopt, and spoil their pets without ever leaving the lot🦴.

Here are some mod(s) I recommend that will help this lot function properly for gameplay.

*Once downloaded, lot will function as a vet clinic, but you can download these mods to get the lot to function as an animal shelter.*

Make sure bb.moveobjects cheat is on before placing the lot (it'll prevent items from disappearing).
