Hey guys!

We recently talked about how powerful Ideogram 4 character LoRas seem to be. I still stand by that claim, but with Krea 2 being released open source as well, I wanted to spend some time putting the two models head to head, and I was honestly shocked at how much it impressed me!

I think that both models need work. With them being so brand new to the space, it'll naturally take a couple of weeks for the community to discover the best settings. My hunch tells me that Krea 2 could become a new fan favorite for those who've been in the AI influencer space for a long time and have spare datasets laying around.

Krea 2 seems very powerful with AI Influencer LoRa's, my only big gripe with it right now is the output quality I get. However, I'll give some leeway to the model in a couple different ways. I think my LoRa training could've been slightly better and more optimized towards the model, and I think that's dragging down the workflow. However, even with the base workflow, I was struggling to replecate the detail I was seeing from the community.

Overall, both are promising models, and I think they are both worth looking into for their own reasons. If you're looking for control, Ideogram may be your model. If you're looking for style, composition, and a model that can match Nano Banana's punch without the censorship, Krea 2 might be your winner.
