Hey everyone! Big announcement for both Free and Paid members! I've tried to include all information here, but please reach out with any questions!

Today, we’re introducing a new paid tier to the Patreon – The Alchemist as well as our Discord channel! Here is the summary, but read on for more detailed information!

• The Visionary members will automatically get an invite link to join the Discord community when it launches with limited access.

• The Alchemist members will automatically get an invite link to join the Discord community when it launches with full access - including ask-silas for immediate support in scheduled work hours.

2.)    Livestreams: The Alchemist members will be able to chat during Discord livestreams and office hours, The Visionary members cannot.

3.)    The Alchemist members can vote on YouTube and Livestream topics, The Visionary members can not.

4.)    The Visionary and The Alchemist members both have access to general-chat.

Free members will not get access to the Discord - the free member experience will largely stay the same.

Ask Silas

One of the things I try to pride myself on is that we aim to respond to basically every and any comment worth responding to, especially questions.

Unfortunately though, there are only 24 hours in a day (really only 12-15), and sometimes questions fall through the cracks - just part of our human nature.

That in mind, we're introducing Ask Silas, a forum channel on our Discord moderated entirely by AI. The goal of Silas beyond management of the server is to help provide immediate support to any questions you may have regarding ComfyUI, AI, or our workflows. Silas is knowledgeable in the AI space and familiar with our products and tools.

The Alchemist members are the only ones who can access Ask Silas, here's how it works:

• Every morning at 9am EST, Silas will announce he's open for questions.

• Between 9am and 6pm Silas will be available to answer any and all questions you may have. You can create a forum post, outline the details of your problem, and get an immediate starting point response from Silas on how to start resolving your issue.

We've tried to test Silas pretty extensively, and he seems to work quite well, but note that this is still a beta system that will improve as time goes on. The main goal here is to give users an immediate launching point for research! See an example below!

We reserve the right to change Silas' open-hours times, or remove him completely if members misuse the tool. Ensure you're following all ask-silas & guidelines before sending your forum request.

We are watching.

Discord?

As a sidebar, with everything going on in the states with Discord, would we prefer our community on a different platform? What are some good alternatives you all can recommend? Happy to consider alternatives, we just have the most experience (and control) in Discord as it seems!

I think that's it! But with any additional information, we'll be sure to keep everyone updated :)
