Hi lovelies,

This post explains how Custom Sim Commissions work and when you should request one.

My regular commission options cover: Single Sims, Couples, Families and Generations, but sometimes you need something a little different.

Custom commissions are for requests that don't fit those options, or for returning customers who have already purchased one of my standard commissions and would like another!

As always, please read through carefully before submitting a request so we're on the same page about what you're looking for.

When should I request a Custom Sim Commission?

A custom commission is the option for you if:

• You want a number of Sims that isn't covered by my regular commission options

• You want Sims from multiple separate households

• You want several Sims who aren't related to one another

• You have a specific combination of Sims or households you'd like me to create

• You've already purchased one of my available commission options and would like to commission more Sims

• You have a specific commission idea that doesn't fit neatly into my Single, Couple, Family or Generation options

If you're unsure whether your idea needs a custom commission, you're always welcome to message me first.

How it works:

• Fill out my Custom Sim Commission Request Form with details about what you'd like me to create

• I'll review your request and work out the commission price based on the number of Sims and the complexity of the request

• If I'm happy to take on the commission, I'll create a private Patreon purchase post specifically for your request

• I'll send you the link to the post so you can make your payment through Patreon

• Once payment has been received, your commission is added to my queue

• I'll contact you via Patreon DM or email if I need any clarification before I begin

• Your Sims are then created based on the ideas, information and references you've provided

What to include in your request

The more information you can give me, the easier it is for me to understand exactly what you're looking for.

You can include:

• How many Sims you'd like

• How many households they should be divided into

• Their ages and relationships

• Personality and character ideas

• Traits and aspiration ideas

• Careers or gameplay plans

• Their overall aesthetic or style

• Reference images or a Pinterest board

• Any important details about their story or the role you want them to play in your save

Pinterest is perfect for this, and you can send me links to specific images or a whole board for the overall vibe you're after.

Pricing

Custom commissions are priced individually depending on what you're requesting.

The price will take into account the number of Sims, number of households, whether they are related (this accounts for if I can reuse genetics etc) and overall complexity of the commission.

What you can expect

Custom Sims include the same general features as my regular commissions:

• Fully custom Sims created in CAS

• Thoughtful styling of one Everyday Outfit to match your concept and aesthetic

• Traits, an aspiration and likes/dislikes to suit the Sim and their personality

• A household description for your game

• Download ready to be placed into your game

Important

• This is a custom, made to order service and is non-refundable

• Your commission is not added to my queue until payment has been received

• Sims are completed in order of purchase

• Completion time depends on my current commission queue and the complexity of the request

• I reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside what I'm able to create

• Commissions are for Personal Use Only and may not be shared, distributed or used for commercial use (use in screenies, youtube videos etc is of course totally fine!)

• I will only contact you through my official Patreon account or my babybeesims email

• I will never ask for anything beyond the information, ideas and references needed to create your Sims
