Assessible Font Collection | Sims 4 Font Override
Hi lovelies!
I have recently updated my font collection that is very well loved and I was thinking about assessibility and really wanted to release a few fonts that may be helpful for those who have Dyslexia, issues with font readability or low vision.
I have chosen three fonts; Open Dyslexic, Lexie Readable, Roboto and a forth font was requested by Sara, Atkinson Hyperlegible, which has been added as well.
I'm extremely open to feedback and any opinions or suggestions on this as I would love everyone to have fun and enjoy the Sims and make the reading and accessibility better if I can for all!

Open Dyslexic
A font that was created to help dyslexic readers. It is bottom heavy and has unique character shades to make it more difficult to confuse letters. The 0 I noticed has a dot in the center so it doesn't get confused with the letter O (so helpful!).
Lexie Readable
This font was designed with accessibility and legibility in mind. It was created as a an attempt to capture the strength and clarity of Comic Sans. It has features such as a non-symmetrical b and d and the handwritten forms of a and g may help dyslexic readers too.
Roboto
This font is a very used font. It is a favourite font by Google and is the default font used for subtitles on Youtube so I thought this may be a good, assessible font to add to the selection.
Atkinson Hyperlegible (REQUESTED - NEW)
This font was designed by the Braille Institute to increase legibility for readers with low vision and improve comprehension.
Download Information:
Only one Font Override can be used at a time
This mod is not compatible with any other font overrides.
Download the .package file for your chosen font
Place the font .package file in your Sims 4 'Mods' folder.
Open the game, and the font should appear in your game.

You should never feel selfish for asking someone (especially so kindly) if they can possibly make something more accessible for you. Even just suggesting ways to make things more accessible, this does not make you an asshole at all. I'm sure there are a lot of creators who would love suggestions on how to make things more inclusive or accessible. I do not want to seem ungrateful ini any way, I could cry tears of happiness with these options. I am losing my sight and there is a "low vision" / "legally blind" Open Access font called Atkin's Hyperlegible....I feel so bad for even suggesting it. This is a great way to not lose the game I love so much because my eyesight is failing.
