Hi lovelies,

This post covers everything you need to know about commissioning a custom build from me. What's included, how the process works, and how to purchase.

Please read through carefully before purchasing to make sure we’re on the same page and that this style of commission is the right fit for you. There are many incredible build creators to choose from but if you like my style and guidelines, I'd love to work with you!

Build Commissions Include

  • One custom build created within a 3-hour build window

  • Residential or small commercial lot

  • Focus on aesthetic and storytelling

  • Partial furnishing if time permits

  • Built in my style, inspired by your references

  • Play tested and download ready

How it works

  • Purchase the build commission from the purchase link below

  • You must have reference pictures, Pinterest is perfect for this. You can send me links to specific images or send me the link to a board for the vibe you're after with many reference pictures.

  • I'll contact you via patreon DM or email with a google form to ask some questions around build details, preferences and lot type.

  • Your commission is then added to my queue

  • Builds are completed in order or purchase

  • I will check in with you if I need any clarification before completion

  • You’re welcome to message me or comment below before purchasing if you’re unsure or have any questions

What I can do

  • Original builds in my style, inspired by your references

  • Starter homes, family homes, student housing, flats, apartments, rentals and small community lots.

  • Story driven or aesthetic builds

  • Base Game or pack-enabled builds

What I can't do

  • Large builds that require longer than 3 hours to create

  • Ultra-detailed builds

  • Exact replicas of reference images

  • Rush commissions

  • Multiple revisions

Timeline

  • Build commissions are completed based on queue position

  • The turnaround time depends on the current workload and purchase position

  • I will always keep you updated if there are delays and am available through Patreon messages
