Hometown Romance Ep. 4 | Si's falling!... for Buffalo at a Time 🤣

Si finally lets her guard down—and Klao is right there to catch her. What follows is one of their most vulnerable moments yet, as comfort turns into growing intimacy and the tension between them becomes harder to ignore. And in true Hometown Romance fashion, the emotional chaos is balanced out by Si’s ongoing bond with the farm animals, adding just the right touch of humor and charm to an otherwise deeply personal episode.

Episode 4 starts as Si returns to Bangkok, angry that Klao just kissed her. She starts to wash the fertilizer shirt she got from her in her bathroom sink and puts it on a hanger afterwards, as the maids are shocked that she does the washing by herself. Meanwhile, Klao is at her home frantically pacing and unable to fall asleep, missing Si. She notices a car parking outside and walks down and outside; she meet Si again, claiming she so glad that she returned, and that she is sorry for taking advantage of her and breaking her trust. Si replies by stating that at least she knows how to apologize, then she wants her to remember this: from now on, she shouldn’t even think about doing that again, and wants her to at least be more romantic, if she going to kiss her again. Klao claims that the atmosphere in nice and the moon is beautiful, so it feels pretty romantic, Then she moves in to kiss her again, and they embrace each other and soon go up into the bedroom again, where Si steps over Pao – Then Klao falls to the ground alone, having imagined the whole scene. After the credits, Klao has driven to Si’s family, showering them with gifts. Si’s father is thankful, but also worried that she is only nice to lower their guard, then attack them later. But Klao assures them that she isn’t thinking like that, and wants to know whether someone did that to them before, to which he replies that people from Bangkok do it all the time. But Klao claims that people from Suphan Buri like her are honest and sincere, they say love when they love, and hate when they hate. But Song wants to know whether Si has broken that agreement and Klao has come because of that, but Klao claims she just wants to talk to her. Father claims that she can tell them if the two of them have any issues, in case it is something serious that they need to know. And Klao admits that it’s something serious for Si, which gets her mother nervous, and Klao confirms that since they met in the company meeting room, Si visited her whenever she had problems at home, venting to her. Klao thinks she just wanted someone at her side, and admits, that the day before, Klao acted a bit out of line, and she got mad at her. That’s why she visits to see Si today. Her mother thinks she probably still asleep because she usually wakes up at noon, but her father says she can wait for her there, and they have to head for work. But Klao wants his permission first … … to bring Pao to their place. And Si wakes up as Pao is strolling through the hallways. Klao comes in as well and wishes her a good afternoon, and confirms she got permission to bring Pao in from her dad, and she’ll have someone clean up after the cat, because she remembers he’s allergic to pet fur. Si wants to know what she is doing at her home, and Klao claims she is not the kind of person who ignores her own mistakes. She is sorry for kissing her without thinking, so, she came to apologize. Si accepts the apology, but assures her that, should she ever do it again, her two buffaloes and her rooster will be slaughtered. Only Pao will get a pass. Klao vows not to take advantage of her again, and Si realizes she’s wearing a shirt with the number 18 on it, and Klao claims that she’ll only wear shirts with the number 18 on it going forward. Si likes that and Klao wants to order one for her, too, but claims that hers will show the number 9 instead (Note: nine is “เก้า” in Thai and is pronounced “Kao”). Si claims that who would even want to wear that… …but we see Si later wearing a shirt with the number nine as Klao is presenting their plan of bringing more wealth to the villagers: they should sell their products at the “S mall” which is owned by Si’s family. Si explains the Suphan fragrant rice will be a valuable product being able to get a higher price in Bangkok. Klao vows to lower her rent for the mall in return, and Si will think of other local products which could sell at “S mall” and generate additional income for local farmers. Jiu wants to know what brand they will sell the rice under and Klao proposes “189” as a brand name, but Si thinks “918” is the better name. Then, a food cart shows up and Si treats everyone to a meal. Klao thanks her, but Si feels she should be the one thanking her, for making her feel like she matters to someone. They join the villagers, and Si requests that “Melon garden girl” – Klao’s favorite song – be played. At night, Si gets a message from Jane claiming she has returned to Thailand, and wanting to see her the next day. Klao wants to know if something is wrong, and Si claims she might have to go home that night, to take care of something urgent, and to discuss about the “918” project with her family. Klao wants to know whether she is hiding something from her, and claims she isn’t good at lying, and Si claims that there is something important that she needs to settle, and once she gets everything sorted she will tell her. Klao wants to know whether that thing she wants to settle is about someone else, but Si claims it’s nothing, and reminds her that Klao promised she wouldn’t cheat on her, and she wouldn’t do that, either. And Klao claims she trust her. She wants to drive her as well, but isn’t good driving at night, because she has PTSD, because her parents were in a car accident with her when she was little, and she was the only one who survived that accident. But Si promises to drive slowly and carefully, and to call her as soon as she arrives. Si hugs her as a farewell, and promises to come back to her. The next day, Si meets Jane at a café. Jane wants to know whether she is doing well, and Si asks if she looks sick to her. Then, Jane claims that she missed her and grabs her hand, as the waiter comes in for orders. Jane wants her to say something, and Si claims she doesn’t have much time, so Jane should tell her what she wants to tell. Jane claims she just wanted to see her girlfriend, and asks her do people in a relationship need a reason to meet. Jane apologizes for not replying to her messages or answering her calls, but argues that things over there were busy, and their time zones were different (Note: there is an 11 or 12 hour time difference between Bangkok and New York), but she came to see her. Si leaves for the restroom, and Jane goes through her purse and grabs a bracelet and some cash out of it. As Si returns, she takes a sip from the coconut water she ordered remembering her day with Klao and smiling. She wants to know if Jane has anything else to say, and as that is not the case, she leaves. Jane thinks to herself she should have replied to her messages, and counts the money considering it as compensation for time wasted. Si then pitches the rice project to her father, and Song comes in, asking them if something is going on, and Si is not there to steal her CEO position, she claims. Her father hands the project over to Song claiming that it’s interesting, and Si leaves happy. At night. Klao is eagerly awaiting her return, as they are scheduled to meet the villagers, and Klao even bought a Vespa to drive her there, but Si first wants to drees properly for this occasion. Klao hands her another “9” shirt, and she changes into it right then and there, claiming thar they are both women. Then, they drive off to the party site, where the headman greets them, and then announces Si as the village’s new daughter-in-law. Jiu teases Si a bit before sitting down. They cheer, and Si notices that Klao is consuming large amounts of alcohol, and Si tells her to slow down, but Jiu argues that she is just getting a little tipsy, and she has her girlfriend with her to care for. The headman calls Si to the village ladies who want to tie a string on her wrist to welcome her, and Si claims she is not married yet, but the headman brushes that aside claiming that she will be soon. Si wants to know what the name of the village is, and the headman claims they just rebranded to “village 918” to fit with their brand. Klao smiles as Si gets the strings tied onto her wrists, then, Jiu brings alone some heavy liquor for Klao, and she drink directly from the jar. Later, she is of course unable to drive so that Si was to drive her home with the Vespa, with Klao hand going from her waist to her breasts several times. Klao walks unsteady as they get home and Si has to keep her from falling down. They get closer, and Si claims that Klao can kiss her if she wants to – if she can walk straight to her. Klao tries and fails stumbling into her twice, and Si tells her to just kiss her, then – but Klao instead vomit on her shirt. Si puts her into her bed claiming she doesn’t know her limit, they tries to wash off the alcohol – and the vomit that smells like fermented pork, she claims – with some water. Then, she changes her into a clean shirt and even her trousers, then gives her a little peck, but gets interrupted by her hiccup. Then, she goes to shower. The next day, Si wakes up before Klao, and can’t get her to wake up to care for the animals. So she drives to the buffaloes herself and drag them into the mud pit. Jiu watches her caring for the animals and is astonished. He eventually reveals he has been caring for the buffaloes already, but wanted to see her doing that as well. Which gets him a number of colorful curses from Si. 😊 She returns at noon, but Klao hasn’t woken up yet, so Si proceeds to make breakfast, and talks to the cat, proud my have cared for the buffaloes and made breakfast. When Klao finally wakes up – and after some product placement – she goes downstairs to find Si taking a nap in the hammock. She starts to collect leaves from her front lawn as Si gets up and notices Klao is awake; she scolds her for sleeping this late, Klao argues she woke up a while ago but had a headache so she went back to sleep, and claims she drank a bit too much the previous night. Si argues that “a bit” is wrong, that’s called going all out, and claims she was a total mess. Klao claims she doesn’t get wasted like that often, and Si argues that she is really heavy, and dragging her up the house wasn’t fun. Klao wants to know if she changed her clothes and did anything to her while she was drunk, but Si claims that Klao threw up all over her, that both of them were a mess, and argues who would do that in that situation. But Klao hears that she would have done that if they hadn’t been drunk. Si calls her an idiot. Klao wants to know why she is wearing a farmer shirt, but Si claims she took care of the animals for her while she was out. Klao claims she already hired Jiu for that, but Si claims she didn’t know, and Jiu only told her after she cared for the buffaloes. At the mansion, Song and her parents are talking about the schedule for the following month, as Si wants to leave (when did she get back?), but her father wants to talk to her. he wants to know how her relationship with Klao is going, because they seem close, and she’s going to Suphan so often. Song tells her to just go for it, and their parents agree. But Si tells them to stop pestering her already, and claims that if something really happen, she will tell them herself. Her father tells her to practice her Suphan accent, and Si calls her whole family crazy and leaves. Meanwhile, Klao misses her complaining about her while she is caring for the buffaloes. The rice is selling well at “S mall” and Si makes a few photos, as Jane encounters her, just as Klao is calling, wanting her to hurry back, and Si promises she’ll be back soon. Jane bumps into her revealing who she is talking to, and Si quicky ends the call. Jane wants to know if she has a new girlfriend, and Si leaves without saying a word, but Jane catches her at her car and hugs her from behind because she misses her girlfriend. She wants to do what they used to do, and argues she likes it, but Si claims she is crazy, and wants her to stop claiming they are girlfriends, and argues she disappeared without a word for a year. She claims that she’s not waiting anymore and just assumes she is dead. But Jane doesn’t let a go, claims they just had bad timing and wants another chance. But she calls security, gets Jane off of her and leaves. The sun is setting already as she reaches Suphan, but stops on the way to Klao thinking of her for a while, finally saying to herself: “Whatever happens, happens”. The gate is closed as she reaches Klao’s estate and she decides to climb over the fence, but falls into Klao’s arms inside. She argues that Klao scared her and isn’t asleep yet, but Klao saw her on the CCTV she claims, and wants to know why she didn’t tell her she was coming, Si claims she didn’t plan to come. In her bedroom she is caressing Pao and wants to know if the cat sleeps with her every night, and Klao claims that if she wants a peaceful night, Pao will sleep in another room. Then, Si wants Pao to sleep in another room that night, and Klao agrees. Klao brings the cat away, then asks if something is wrong, claiming she can tell her everything and doesn’t need to be scared, because she wants to be her comfort zone. Si wants to know if Klao ever had any naughty thoughts about her, and Klao shakes her head, but Si doesn’t mean about hurting her physically or emotionally. Klao wants to know what she means. Si argues she must know what she means and is only pretending, but Klao is not sure. But Si just repeats the question, and Klao admit that she is having them – this very minute. Si asks her if they dated, would it really work, and Klao hopes that they can make it work. Can she accept that she has a past full of mistakes, she asks her, but Klao argues that who hasn’t made mistakes. The point is, if she was wrong, is she willing to fix it. And she touches her gently at her face, but Si put the hand on her waist instead where Jane touched her earlier, and Klao wants to know whether she likes it. And Si doesn’t say a word but they draw closer and closer and finally kiss. Klao asks her not to do it, because she doesn’t want her to get mad, and she can’t hold back either when she does that. But Si touches her face and kisses her again, and soon, they move onto the bed making out. Klao want to know if she likes it, and Si claims she loves it. And as they start to undress each other to consummate their relationship, the scene ends. Afterwards, they lay naked in bed as Klao wants Si to stop pouting or she will lose confidence, and fears that she is not good enough and can’t make her happy. But Si claims she is really good and Si is so happy, Klao wants Si to be her life partner, and asks her to marry her. And on that bombshell, the episode – and the first half of “Hometown Romance” (or สามีบ้านนอก aka “Country Husband”) – ends. ___ This long episode took big steps for Si to come to terms with her country life, and she even became a farm girl herself and promoted the rice farms. But most importantly, she ditched both her family and her ex for the life with Klao. The second half will deal with Jane but Si has come to terms with loving Klao, and I expect Si to stop travelling back and forth soon. This was not as hilarious as the last three episodes, but funny, nevertheless. On to the second half.

Love Is Love ¡ July 8, 2026

I love this series so much but then again I love anything with LMSY in it. This series just hits different tho..it isn’t perfect (no gl series is) but it’s damn near close. I love so many things ab it. I love how it’s actually funny thanks to Lookmhee and Sonya’s genuine talent/comedic humor. I love the character growth (with the exception of a couple tiny set backs) I love the way they mixed the perfect amount of drama with comedy (Dra-medy) bc you know that’s hard for CHANGE to do when it comes to a LMSY series lol they LOVE to make them go thru some serious toxicity and heartache I tell ya lol. I love how they FINALLY MADE MY GIRL LOOKMHEE’S CHARACTER A GREEN FLAG LOL HALLELUJAH🙌🏼 But most of all I love the things I always love most about LMSY in every series they play In and that’s their chemistry. This series in particular we really get to see them just be cute together/girlfriend/wifey’d up and it suites them perfectly. Everything comes so naturally btw those two.. esp their love scenes which is crazy to say. Idc what anyone says. I’ve seen a lot of gl wlw lesbian love/s*x scenes in every country you can think of lol and bc I’m an adult woman who loves women- I know good love making when I see it and lmsy 💯 without a doubt, have THE BEST kiss/love scenes in gl history. Freenbeck come close and so many others are amazing and also come very close but when it comes to a couple that always CONSISTENTLY delivers when filming a love scene..it’s lmsy. They check off every single box. Chemistry, passionate, natural, sexy, but also beautiful, comfortable, completely in sync, looks like they actually enjoy it lol ugh they just give it all and I love them for that (and so much more) thanks for reaction and I’m so sorry for ranting on and on ab my girls. I just adore them and it breaks my heart as well as BAFFLES TF OUT OF ME how those two talented/beautiful/kind women don’t get the respect, acknowledgment, appreciation, love and support worldwide that they deserve bc they do and they’ve earned it. Those women deserve so much more .. they deserve the best🫶🏼

Ah Jane 😬 the woman who is an absolute menace to society, she needs to be put in a mental asylum for the sake of Si’s mental and physical well being. The things Jane pulls in later episodes are heinous.
