Episode 6 „Trouble girl“ begins with Prim and Bambi waking up after spending the night together; Prim scares Bambi with a loud “Boo”; the exchange a few playful teases, then, Prim wants to make breakfast, but Babmi wants to cuddle some more. Afterwards, Bambi asks whether Prim goes to work that day, but Prim will work form home. Then, Bambi wants to make breakfast for Prim, as she took care of a the previous night – and she guarantees that she will enjoy it as much as Prim did the previous night. We get a few scenes of Bambi preparing fruits, but she forgets to put the lid of the blender and makes a mess. But Prim just licks the smoothie off Bambi arm and finds it tasty. Then, Min and Praew show up a wonder what is going on, but Prim claims it was an accident – and notices that Praew apparently slept in Min’s room, and asks her why her girlfriend stayed overnight. Min claims she has a right to let her sleep there, as she also pays rent, but Prim remarks that she didn’t refute the girlfriend part, and welcomes her to the sapphic world. But Praew states that Min only admits it in private, and that she has to remain a friend in public. Prim requests that Min shows some respect to Praew. Min remarks how Prim used to treat Bambi, but they quicky return to their room – and Praew tells Min that she should learn from her friend how to show off her girlfriend. After the credits, we’re at Gorya’s parents’ restaurant which is quite busy. Then, Shasha shows up, apparently to have lunch, but she mentions that Gorya ignored her calls and texts. Gorya claims she has nothing to talk about with Shasha, and asks her to leave, but Shasha grabs an apron and takes the orders in her stead, which thrills the customers as they can take pictures with a famous model as the wait for lunch. Gorya wants to take over again, but Shasha doesn’t let her claiming she will have time to talk this way and arguing she was misunderstood by her. And Gorya clearly has lost this round to her as she continues to wait tables and pose for photos. After service, Gorya’s parents thank her for making the day a success. Alone, she asks Gorya whether she is jealous of Kris, but Gorya thinks Shaha’s self-confidence level is worth a Guiness world record. Shasha retorts by claiming that Gorya’s denial is second to none. She claims that while she dated Kris for a short time, it didn’t work out, so they went back to being friends. Gorya doesn’t get it how she can be friends with her ex, for her, breaking up means going their separate ways. Shasha thinks that Gorya is all talk, but Gorya requests that she doesn’t act like she knows her after having slept with each other a few times. Shasha maintains that she knows that she’s jealous. Bambi is at her therapist, who argues that she hasn’t showed up since she returned to Thailand, but she looks better, and Bambi confirms that she enjoys life again, and denies that she still has trouble sleeping. Her therapist wants to know why she feels this happy, and she claims it’s because she’s back for her ex. Min and Praew are apartment-hunting, Min claims that she doesn’t have to decide right away and she will talk to the landlord about the rent. But Min feels uneasy and suddenly starts to cry. Praew rushes to her side and asks what wrong, but Min claims it’s probably PMS. Praew admits this has happened to her before only she got upset instead of sad. Min claims that her period has been short-lasting lately, but the cramps are really bad. Praew recommends a visit to the doctor, and Min also thinks it time for her to visit a doctor again. But Praew is relieved because she thought she had made her cry, but Min argues she only makes her smile. The next day, Prim is presenting her MV concept to Kris, Bambi and her employees, and it sounds pretty similar to what she has witnessed with Bambi: relationship, breakup and reconciliation. Kris is all aboard, claiming Prim has read her mind, but Prim claims it’s the story of an acquaintance when asked for the source of the idea. Prim want Kris to play a role in the MV, but Kris claims she’s not good at acting, and refers to Shasha for the main character, because she’s her ex. And she wants Gorya to play the other lead, claiming that they have an interesting chemistry. Gorya protests that she’s a stylist, not an actress, but Kris is convinced she can do it, as all that is required is to act naturally, and she trusts Prim’s talent as a director. She is sure that Prim can make them look like a couple. Min is at the doctors, and afterwards get a call from someone requesting her tax invoices, which she has left at her old apartment, and she promises to get it done by the next day. Min reports that the doctor found nothing wrong, it’s just stress that affects her hormones. Praew argues that she needs to take some rest and mentions that she would have worked if Praew hadn’t taken her to the hospital, and argues that Prim can handle it without her. But Min mentions that she now has a new problem: she has to pick up tax invoices from Park’s condo. Praew fears that Park will assault her when she returns, but Min needs the documents, so Praew proposes to accompany her to her ex’s condo. Min fears that this might trigger Park, but Praew is not afraid. Shasha and Gorya are acting as a couple for the MV that Prim is filming, but Prim tells them to act more in love. Shasha thinks she can do it, but fears that Gorya has no corresponding experiences from which to draw, and argues that good acting should come from inside to make it look convincing. Gorya claims that she will act like they have been in love since their pervious lives. Shasha claims that Gorya has seen her waking up before, but Gorya claims the being in love part is what’s really hard. Shasha suggests that Prim might get jealous if Gorya does it well. But Gorya claims that her acting is actually Shasha’s plan which she came up with Kris. Shasha claims Gorya must have liked it anyway because she accepted, but she maintains that she likes the paycheck, not her. Shasha closes in to kiss Gorya, but Prim yells “Cut!” before that claiming the scene is done. Prim gets a “delivery” while the set is on a break – and it’s a food support truck which Bambi ordered. Prim argues that she is no celebrity, but Bambi says she needs good food to boost her energy for work, and the same goes for her team. And she invites all team members to eat as much as they want. Prim argues that Bambi always finds a way to justify her actions, and that she has to play along even though it’s embarrassing. Later, Bambi argues that Prim barely eats on time and needs to take care of her protein intake: one gram per kilogram of her weight. Prim wonder when she learned about nutrition by Bambi argues that it’s since she’s dating a director, adding that Prim is still living like she did in college. But Prim wants to know why Bambi came back to her if she hasn’t changed. And Bambi claims that perhaps she understands her more now. She want to see her achieve her dreams without any obstacles. But Prim claims she doesn’t need to do that, because she doesn’t expect anything from her. But if it make her happy to take care of her, then she should do it, because she likes to be taken care of. Gorya listens in on a phone call which Shasha’s manager Woon make where she requests extra fee directly payable to her to get Shasha. The next scene shows Shasha and Gorya making a cake, and Shasha remarks that Prim won’t get jealous because her girlfriend is there, but Gorya tells her to mind her own business, and argues she got played by her manager without even realizing it. Meanwhile, Bambi thinks this scene looks familiar, but Prim claims she just makes use of their past. Shasha wants proof for Gorya’s accusations, and argues that Woon has helped her grow her career, and doesn’t believe she would play her. But Gorya claims she only told her what she heard, and argues what would she gain from slandering Woon. Bambi thinks, they don’t look like they are in love and argues that when Prim and her did it they looked much more in love. Bambi loudly tells them to step up their game, leading Prim to stop her. Prim has a visitor – her dad, but she doesn’t want to meet him. Bambi learns of Prim’s dad visit and wants to take care of him – without Prim’s knowledge. Her father wants to talk to Prim, but Bambi claims that he should tell her what he wants to tell her daughter, as Prim is busy. We return to Gorya and Shasha as Gorya wants to know why she is so nice to her. But Shasha argues that though they’re not together anymore, they are still friends. And she wants her to promise her that she won’t disappear again. Gorya hugs her, and promises not to go anywhere, and to stay with her… and we see that this is actually another scene from the MV – which is done. Prim thanks Shasha and especially Gorya for their acting, and Gorya hopes it will turn out well, gets up and leaves. Shasha asks Prim if it was hard to book her, and Prim claims Woon helped manage it. Shasha wants to know how much she paid to book her, and Prim is not sure and wants to refer to Min for the exact amount – but from what she heard, they paid her THB 50,000 (some 1,500 US$) for booking her. Prim thanks her for her work, and claims she can tell her if she needs help with anything. Then, Bambi return claiming to have been on an errand. Bambi thanks Shasha for playing Prim so well and feels bad that Gorya didn’t play her all that well. Shasha leave them alone, and Prim claims that only half of the MV is based on their story, but Bambi doesn’t believe it and will wait for the finished MV, to see how much of it is based on their story. They, she wants to spend the night at Prim’s again, because she always sleeps well there, Prim argues that she can barely sleep while they are cuddled up, but Bambi remarks she chose to be her pillow. Praew and Min wait for Park in his parking garage. Se thinks that Park must have a hidden agenda and vows not to stand still if he does something to her. Park is annoyed that she came with Praew, but Min argues she just accompanied her. He withholds the invoice asking her if she is dating her, and if she really became a lesbian, but she repeats that she broke up with him because of him, not because of anyone else. Park want to get her back to his apartment so that he can fix her homosexuality, pushes Praew to the ground and grabs Min, but Min has a taser and threatens him with it as the security guard arrives, and Park gives up, throwing the documents on the floor. Bambi and Prim are in Prim’s room and Prim is blow-drying Bambi hair as she asks her whether she’s too mean to her dad, but Prim claims he only comes to borrow money, when he has a problem. Bambi remembers she told her that her dad was her hero, but Prim thinks he’s rather a villain that a hero. Bambi argues that Prim gave her a second chance, so why not him? But Prim argues that he’s also the person who left her mother, her sister and herself. Bambi claims that it’s up to her, but she hope she will let it go for once. Prim argues that she should practice what she preaches, and that she always makes a big deal out of little things. Bambi complains that Prim always find a way to nag on her. They, Prim wants her to sleep every night at her place, because then she can sleep without a sleeping pill. Bambi tells her sure, but she is not sure how much sleep she will get. Prim claims that soon they will just cuddle and kiss goodnight, and Bambi argues that they need to keep the spark alive, and argues that many couples break up due to a lack of attention in the bed room. But Prim claims she will never be tired of her, because she can never tell what she’s going to do. Bambi claims she needs to find new tricks to surprise her, as she puts Prim on her back and starts to kiss her. At the police station, the officer is hesitant to pursue the case of assault, and wants to know what their relationship is. Praew claims they are just friends but the office categorizes their injuries as minor, and argues it’s just a couple fighting and they should talk it out with him. He can only write a report for them. Praew is furious and wants to know how serious the injuries must become before the deal with it. Min tries to calm Praew down and tells the officer to file a report, because women needs to take care of themselves, as they will always claim they brought it on themselves. Then, she leaves, with Praew leaving after her… …and they sit outside on the curb while Min is bawling her eyes out, Praew is sorry for being worked up, but Min claims she knew she was worried about her. Praew wants to know why she is crying, and Min claims it’s because she just realized that she put up with that jerk for far too long. Why didn’t she know that there was a nice person waiting for her out there, she argues, so that a sh*tty day like this isn’t that bad anymore. Praew laughs, and finds it touching that she’s crying like a baby. And then, she’s sharing a candy bar with her to brighten her mood. Min is wondering if all went well with the shooting, and Praew scolds her for thinking about work again. And Min lays her head on Praew’s shoulder. Shasha confronts Woon about the extra payments she took, and Woon tries to excuse it with additional expenses she has, and argues she deserves the money. But Shasha fires her, with Woon warning her that she can never make it on her own, but Shasha thinks she can manage and hasn’t found success only due to her. Woon leaves claiming she will wait and see, and Shasha remains alone in her place looking sad and worried. Prim and Bambi are playing badminton again, and Bambi wants to continue, but Parim is exhausted and requests a break. They are arguing a bit about working too much and caring for each other, then, they take a few selfies as Airy (played by Ciize) comes over, offering to take pictures for them as they look so lovey-dovey, and asking them whether they are girlfriends, which they confirm. Airy them claims to be a lesbian as well and looking for workout buddies. After taking a few pictures, she tells them to feel free to say hi if they see her. Then, she leaves, and Bambi argues that Prim is so popular that she has to keep an eye on her all the time. But Prim argues that they are now together and it doesn’t matter who tries to make a move on her, because she will always choose Bambi over them. Airy argues that they are cute – but wonders how long their love will last. Later, Bambi and Prim are buying ice cream, and Prim teases her but doesn’t give her any ice cream until Baipor calls and she place her ice cream into Bambi’s care. Prim return angry and wants to know whether she gave her father money and she confirms she gave him THB 200,000 (some 6,000 US$) but she argues that she was busy and he needed the money, and that THB 200,000 is not a lot and she can pay her back later. But Prim doesn’t care about the money, she doesn’t was her to fix the “problem” with her dad. She admits that she loves her, but sometimes she is just tired of her. At night, Shasha comes to Gorya as she cleans the spoon of the diner, claiming that they are closed, but Shasha reports that she fired Woon, and she needs to find a new manager, Gorya argues that’s not going to be hard as many people want to work with her, but Shasha argues that she’s not that easy to work with, and claims they would have hated her if Woon didn’t smooth things over. Gorya argues that she has time, but then, Shasha wants to sleep over there for the night. Gorya tells her to sleep at her luxurious condo, but she doesn’t want to sleep alone and fears she will just go to a nightclub and bring a girl home otherwise, and she doesn’t want to do that. And she claims she just wants to lie next to her, nothing else, and promises to not even touch her. Gorya finally relents and lets Shasha into her room, which Shasha finds messy but pretty, like Gorya. Gory doubts that it’s a compliment, but promises to help her find a new manager. Shasha wasn’t mad about the money but because of the betrayal. Gorya thinks she should background check any new manager. Then, they go to bed, and Gorya thinks that Shasha should face with her back against Gorya’s side, but Shasha wants a bargain first: she wants Gorya to hold her, just hold her, so that she feels wanted. Gorya eventually holds her, as “Cross the line” is played and a line between them disappears on screen, the first half of “Girl Rules” ends. ___ That felt like a series of small developments as several girls caused the titular trouble this week. First, Woon got revealed as managing more her own accounts than Shasha’s career, then Bambi got in hot water for helping Prim’s father without her knowledge, and Praew in fact helped Min causing trouble with Park. Airy is not causing trouble – yet. And the preview doesn’t look too promising for Shasha, Bambi, Prim, Gorya and Min, either.
