Episode Eleven: Our True Desire (Unleashed Edition)
Before a blockbuster summer film beats me to it, here’s my take on the Odysseus story! Drawing heavily on the tradition of Tennyson and Dante, who also made additions to Homer’s original, this piece explores a theme I’ve thought about often as I ride the wave of life’s many changes.
The collage image is actually the largest piece I’ve done for the comic. Despite being the same size as every panel you see here, it’s composed of multiple 11” × 14” drawings, which was definitely a daunting task for me on my artistic journey.
Thanks, as always, for all the support of the comic. A lot more to come!

Missed that one ! I was curious which story about Ulysses you were going to adapt, turns out it was an original one. Very good ! Some comments : Loved the panel where you illustrated all his adventures. - Is Ulysses' armor a dig at Nolan's adaptation (since yours is more accurate) ? - Poseidon's design is awesome. - The sirens have horns not unlike the tower of the dread-wise and speak a pattern similar to the "fire" gifted by Prometheus, so they received "cursed" knowledge/truth like an antenna and share it, mmmh...
Oh, this looks great…! Wait, what’s the next comic called?
Thanks! The next one is specifically going to deal with God's wife, Asherah, so it's definitely going to spark some conversations ha
Great line art. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! I'm glad you like the line work, I getting more and more comfortable with different inking tools-- I even used a brush for some of this one.
