I just purchased subscription but can't find the entire farm collection stated above.
Hi Cathy! Thank you for subscribing! Your subscription includes the models released during the month you join. The farm collection was available through the subscription in an earlier month, so it isn’t included in your current subscription. Previous collections are available to purchase separately, and active patrons get a discount on those products. The same rule applies to everyone: each month’s subscription covers that month’s releases. This keeps things fair for members who paid for their subscriptions when those earlier collections were released. I’m sorry for any confusion, and I hope this clears things up!

No, you don’t need to resubscribe every month - the subscription renews automatically. However, I can see that your account is currently on the Free tier, and it looks like you have never been registered as a paid member. It’s possible that the payment didn’t go through, or that the joining process was interrupted for some reason. Could you please check how it looks on your side and let me know? If you were a paid member last month, of course I’ll send you the models you should have received. :) Because you are the free member I can't send you any DM
