30x30 West Madison Plaza

Hi Guys I'm back with a build drop this one is smaller in lot size but requires more steps and mods to correctly function the way I intended of course feel free to use the build however you feel though.

Hair Salon , Pilates studio , Boba Cafe & Shopping Boutique

BUSINESS AND HOBBIES PACK IS REQUIRED because I have it set as small business venue. Look at the attached photos to see which activities I selected for it to be set up correctly.

Mods needed but not included :

https://ravasheen.com/download/saleabration-retail-system/ This is needed so you can set items for sell since is technically not set as a retail store but features a boutique shop!

https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/club-business-activity-expanded This is needed so you have access to all the correct activities to run the business.

https://modthesims.info/d/690195/higher-business-activity-limit.html Increases the amount of activities you can include on one lot.

Instructions on what to do once you place the lot are as followed :

Have a sim purchase the lot as a small business once you have done that travel to the lot and register it and these are the presets I used .

The first link that I provided comes with a sign that will aleady be placed once you download it inside of the boutique click on it have a sign create a business with that change the name to whatever you would like! After you set this up you click the sign again and the retail menu make sure you have it set to allow sells after then your sim will be able to click on every item and set it for sell within the store! I also set the wigs and like shampoo etc downstairs for sell to make it more realistic. Because its a mod you will have to set the items yourself it won't be set.

TRAY FILES IN TRAY FOLDER , PLACE THE MODS WHERE THEY GO !

Happy Simming and if you have any issues feel free to send me a message I'm happy to help you!
