[WIP] Training UI Development [Frei-or-All]

The UI has been implemented into the game successfully.

It's hard to see here, but the star display flips over to the numeric display to tell you how many more points you need to get to the next star. As for being able to determine Frei's height... I think I'll add a height display somewhere on the bottom if I decide to move the energy bar over. Also, Frei and the FC Roa move just a bit in the UI too. I might make multiple background variants for different sizes of Frei too.

Players will be able to select the bubbles to train up one of Frei's stats at the cost of energy similar to the game Umamusume. Boost it to the next star level and she will gain a permanent enhancement in battle from that stat.

The general idea right now is:

Combat = more attack power (hit harder and smarter)

Stamina = more HP (it beats the ultraman 3-minute time limit)

Growth = Either be smaller than the kaiju or match the kaiju (not sure if i'll be doing 'being bigger than the kaiju' yet)

Awareness = more SP (know how to use skills better to not damage the city as much)

Special = more defense against attacks (for in-game lore reasons)

The SAVE button does open up the save menu, but at the moment, I'm still having trouble getting it to actually write a save file to be able to load it up again. It worked on my laptop but I'm not sure why it's not writing a save file on my main PC.
